How do I know if I'm jelqing correctly?

Hey guys. I’ve been in the whole PE scene for about 3-4 months now and feel like I am going in circles. I can never really tell if my jelqing sessions are good or bad, so gauging workouts and building off of them has been pretty much impossible. As a result, I have made little to no gains. Anyways, I would like to know how I know if I am doing a proper jelq. As far as physical indicators, the head of my penis becomes hard while I am doing a jelq. Does this seem like enough to say that my jelqs are being done correctly?

The reason why I am not sure of my jelqing is that after I finish a jelq session, my penis is engorged for a brief amount of time and my head reverts to normal in a matter of minutes. It just seems too quick. Also, I obviously have not been receiving any gains.

The most important thing is to be able to feel that you are pushing the blood up the CS and CCs, causing pressure and expansion.

Some guys get engorgement that lasts a while, some guys get a bigger flaccid hang for only a short time. If you are not getting gains, are you warming up properly before you start jelqing?

I have been curious about this myself. I understand you need to feel blood moving up the CS and CC’s but I am still lost at to how much pressure to apply. Some have said create a pressure higher than erection level but I find that very hard to do. I start with a erection level that about 40 to 70% and into my jelq motion I reach about 100% erection level. As far as how to get the pressure above 100, I’m not sure.

I watched the tutorial video but it seems like the guy is tearing his penis off. Also, what is the CS and the CC?

Try holding your glans in one hand to get extra pressure while jelqing with the other.

As long as you feel the tissue in front of your hand expanding under the pressure of the blood, you are doing it correctly. If it is uncomfortable you are gripping too tight or moving your hand too fast. Try lots of different techniques and see which gives the most ‘productive’ feeling to you. Getting it just right is mostly instinctive; you will know when you have got it right.

After I jelq my penis doesn’t hang thicker for that much longer. For about 10 minutes it will stay pretty big, but after that it usually goes back to normal.
