How do I know I reached my grow limit


Ok, I’ve been doing PE for almost a year (more than 10 months), I started with:

3 minutes - **Warm up**
5 minutes - Stretch
5 minutes - Jelq
5 minutes - V Stretch
5 minutes - Jelq & Hold
3 minutes - **Warm down**

I did this for 5 days on/2 days off.

Then after that I started adding more minutes. I noticed 0.20 inches grow in 4 weeks, gained about 1 inch in 6 months.

The problem is that I have noticed slow growing after that, to almost feel that not growing more. I only gained like 0.39 inches in 4 months, it’s getting difficult to get gains.

So I was wondering if is normal that I will slowly get less gains over the time, or maybe I’m over-training, here is what I do right now:

8 minutes - **Warm up**
30 minutes - Stretch
8 minutes - **Warm up**
35 minutes - Jelq
20 minutes - V Stretch
35 minutes - Jelq & Hold
8 minutes - **Warm down**

I’m also always try to apply more force, I kinda feel like my penis is suffering not like the first months.

I kinda feel I have NEGATIVE PIs like this:

-Little pain sometime, like some inserted needles feeling in my penis.
-Decreased nite and morning wood
-It’s also hard to get erections when Jelqing, I remember the first months I could have an erection that would last an hour without much problem :P
-Almost no visible size gains

What should I do?

Should I lower my exercise routines times or force?
Should I need more PC exercises? I almost don’t do that.

If I need to take a break for recovery, one week will be enough?, can I start again doing my last routine or should I lower a bit?.

Is my routine good or bad?

Please give me some advice, I’m kinda worried I may have reached my limit, I still want more. :)

Take a week decon then start with Newbie routine.

Change the routine,or take some rest :)

I would take at least 2 weeks or more for a proper decon break.

During this time, only have moderate sex and masturbation. It’s a break for your penis to reduce resistance to further stretching of the penile shaft.

When you come back, start with newbie routine, and slowly work your way up. It’s good to increase strokes of jelqing and time of stretching every 2 weeks or so.

Congratz on 1” gain in a year. Pretty decent.
