Let me keep this simple….

I have premature ejaculation that varies from as little as 1 minute of sex. Sometimes its fine because if i can time it right i can hold the ejaculation off by kegelling hard and forcing it off but not always.
I believe my premature is entirely visual. What i mean is its the visual stimuli that cause the trigger to ejaculate. If me and my partner of 10+ years have sex in the complete dark its not as bad and i can control for longer. I quit porn and find it hard to practice edging alone.
I have tried the stop start technique with my partner but simply can not separate something that is pleasing visually and ejaculating whilst be touched in that area. It doesn’t help that my partner is so unbelievably beautiful. She bends over i want to ejaculate as she looks so good, she bounces on top i want to ejaculate as she looks so good and pretty much the same as everything else.
I need advice on how to try separate seeing something nice with wanting to ejaculate if it is possible. My PC is un-relaxable in these situations.

Have you tried condoms and numbing lubricants? The feel reduces the stimuli and if you could get used to sex longer than 1 minute then you may he able to progress without condoms.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I have tried promescent without much luck. Even with will well over the 3 sprays it doesn’t make any real difference. I still have 2 bottles of the stuff in a draw. Its all visual and i can not separate enjoying something visually with wanting to ejaculate.

There have been many many many times i have had sex for 15 mins + i smoked marijuana from the age of 18 until 7 months ago (10 years). I could last a long time when i smoked 1 or 2 each night but wanted to quit.

The pc squeeze technique works properly every 1 in 4 attempts id say. By properly i mean i have a dry orgasm whereby i feel like I’ve ejaculated but I’ve retained all fluids and have NOT retrograde ejaculated. When i dry orgasm i can only do it by pulling out, keeping still and tensing my PC for around 10 seconds. The other 3 out of 4 times my erection with subside to 60% and wont return.

Do some research about magnesium deficiency, they have discovered that it can be a cause of premature ejaculation. Magnesium has a calming effect so, reduces the tensing up that can encourage an orgasm.

A technique that will take some practice might help:
-When you feel some fluid movement down there and an oncoming orgasm…
- Breathe out quickly whilst tensing your lower back muscles, which will inflate your belly and move your pelvis rearwards.
- Make sure you exhale completely and hold that position (Imagine that your inflated lower belly is squeezing your bladder). Focus on holding until the urge to come disappears.
- Breath in slowly and resume sex or stimulation.
- When you feel yourself coming again, repeat the above.
- Doing this several times will eventually make you less sensitive so you’ll be able to keep thrusting without worries.
As I said, it takes practice but works, you will eventually be able to continue thrusting while holding that exhaled position without coming.

Reverse kegel routine cured mine. I do about 20-10 second reverse kegel holds after my pe routine. Sometimes I do some before sex. It will be relaxed when you have sex. I decided not to do them for a couple days and during sex after that I was holding off ejaculation in the first minute. That tells me it is 100% reverse kegels that cures mine. I still do regular kegels but only before jelq strokes.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

I have issues with this from time to time. The best advice I can give you is: try not to get too excited. Just relax and go in and out of a meditative state. When I do this I can hold out much longer. Also, surprisingly, if you start having sex and you are in a confident state of mind, that helps as well.

If my wife puts on lingerie, there will definitely be a case of premature ejaculation.

I’m still working on it but I’m getting better.

After reading firegoat’s thread about subliminal PE, I did some reading. I think it would be worth a shot to try something like that for premature ejaculation. I downloaded an app and I am using it for staying off porn and weight loss. Only on day 2 though. So, can not report anything yet.


Start 9/25/19 - 6 3/4" BPEL -> 11/20/19 - 7" BPEL -> 9/1/20 - 7 1/4" BPEL -> trying to hit anything over 8" BPEL (only updating every 1/4" it's slow but it's working)
