How can I tell if my PE work is enough?
I’ve been following my own routine for a while, and I am not quite sure if my routine is enough work for PE.
So I’ve decided to share it and hope you guys can give me some advice.
10 mins - 15 mins: Sitting in a hot bath to warm up and stretch in 4 directions;
10 mins - 15 mins: Jelq for 150 - 200 reps. Depends on my penis condition;
Take a shower to warm my penis down.
I’ve tried to do this 5 times a week. I notice after every session my penis looks like hanging lower, but I am not quite sure if it is an illusion or not.
I wonder if effective workout means my penis will turn red and swollen?
The improvements that I’ve seen by doing PE exercises are the facts that my penis has become much less sensitive. My penis used to be very sensitive in the sense that only 3 - 4 jelqs caused an erection but it is happening less and less especially after a good warm-up session. Also, I masturbate much less often, because I check porn less often. It seems PE workout has help me pursue a healthier lifestyle.
