How can I get rid of the fats at the base of my penis

How can I get rid of the fats at the base of my penis

How can I do it? Situps? Crunches? Leg Lifts?

I think piece of fat is called ‘Fat Pad’ or something like that.

That thing makes me look small.

You cannot ‘spot reduce’ fat. The fat-pad is usually the very last bit of fat on your body to go. If you want to reduce it, you have to reduce your entire body fat percentage, and keep it low for a while, until the fat pad starts to go. The fat pad is also the first fat to come back when you put on weight, so you need to stay in very good shape to keep it off.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Green tea helps to reduce it a bit.

Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

After a long PE career I would say loosing fat pad is the most reliable way of gaining NBPEL. And yes, you got to drop overall body weight and become a lean mother fucker to get to say 1/4” fat pad or less where you are pretty much all NBP dick, which IMO is the best kind of dick.

Goodness.. I won’t be able to reduce every last bit of fat in my body, so I guess I’ll have to stick with green tea hehe.

C’mon guy, have faith! Just start slow. You don’t have to run or anything to lose wait. Start with crunches, push-ups and something to work cardio. Start today or you’ll never get around to it. Seriously. Just start at slow and work your way up in increments. In six months from now you’ll look better and feel better about yourself. Do it.

Dr_Reiner,

I actually do quite a bit of pushups and situps. I am also following a stricter diet. But that pad just won’t seem to fade. I am trying a v crappy exercise now.

I stand up straight, then bend my upper body bout 10degrees forward but still keeping legs in a fix position, then I point out my toes on one feet and slowly lift that leg up.

I feel a clench on the muscle behind the pad.

Not too sure if it works.. But I’m gonna add that to my original routine and see what happens.

Not to forget aom91’s Green Tea too lol.

Best Regards & Thanks.

Supahfly,

Coming from an amateur bodybuilder, I know how it is to completely balloon and what it’s like to be ripped. Right now I am a chunky 240 and I’m 6.25 BPEL. When I get down to about 5% body fat I’m seven. I compete at about 180 so I drop about 60 lbs of flab. You definitely notice a difference. The unfortunate thing is that you cannot spot reduce fat, so a healthy diet and exercise as well as dedication are your only choices. If you need help with that just pm me I would be glad to help.

An easy way to lose is to jog. No need to sprint, just jog real slow a couple times (2 to 3) a week. IMO, evening is the best time of the day to run; I enjoy it so much I continue during the winter. In three weeks I easily lost 5 to 10 pounds.

Good easy way to lose weight!

Green Tea Fights Fat
Green Tea Ingredient May Promote Healthy Weight Loss
By Jennifer Warner
WebMD Medical NewsReviewed by Michael W. Smith, MDJan. 26, 2005 — Need another healthy reason to drink green tea? Aside from fighting heart disease, cancer, and other diseases, a new study shows that drinking green tea may also fight fat.

The study showed that people who drank a bottle of tea fortified with green tea extract every day for three months lost more body fat than those who drank a bottle of regular oolong tea.

Researchers say the results indicate that substances found in green tea known as catechins may trigger weight loss by stimulating the body to burn calories and decreasing body fat.

The findings appear in the January issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Green Tea: Fat Fighter?
Black tea, oolong tea, and green tea come from the same Camellia sinensis plant. But unlike the other two varieties, green tea leaves are not fermented before steaming and drying.

Most teas contain large amounts of polyphenols, which are plant-based substances that have been shown to have antioxidant, anticancer, and antiviral properties.

However, green tea is particularly rich in a type of polyphenols called catechins. These substances have also been shown to have anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties, but recent research in animals show that catechins may also affect body fat accumulation and cholesterol levels.

In this study, researchers looked at the effects of catechins on body fat reduction and weight loss in a group of 35 Japanese men. The men had similar weights based on theirBMI (body mass index, an indicator of body fat) and waist sizes.

The men were divided into two groups. For three months, the first group drank a bottle of oolong tea fortified with green tea extract containing 690 milligrams of catechins, and the other group drank a bottle of oolong tea with 22 milligrams of catechins.

During this time, the men ate identical breakfasts and dinners and were instructed to control their calorie and fat intake at all times so that overall total diets were similar.

After three months, the study showed that the men who drank the green tea extract lost more weight (5.3 pounds vs. 2.9 pounds) and experienced a significantly greater decrease in BMI, waist size, and total body fat.

In addition, LDL "bad" cholesterol went down in the men who drank the green tea extract.

The catechin content varies by amount of green tea used and steeping time. But general recommendations, based on previous studies on the benefits of green tea, are at least 4 cups a day. Green tea extract supplements are also available.

Researchers say the results indicate that catechins in green tea not only help burn calories and lower LDL cholesterol but may also be able to mildly reduce body fat.

"These results suggest that catechins contribute to the prevention of and improvement in various lifestyle-related diseases, particularly obesity," write researcher Tomonori Nagao of Health Care Products Research Laboratories in Tokyo, and colleagues.

I beleive that muscle is the hip flexor, Its not behind your fat pad, but it connects your leg to your waiste. I play football and I work those muscles all the time. There is no muscle that the fat pad sits on top of, Its just a fat reserve that cant be burned alone, like abs biceps legs, deltoids, pecs… Anyway; you have to burn all total body fat, that way the only last bit of fat the body has left to resort to is the fat pad. Which I stress on will be very easy to get rid of once you lose the fat on all other body parts. The reasoning behind this is that the entire body will drain from that fat reserve for energy.
The only way to go about losing your entire bodys fat % is not just to run every day, but to excersize at high reps for long periods of time, up to about 3 hours of dedication everyday. That’s the only true way of going about doing it.

One can get rid of fat through diet and exercise. Exercise should include some cardiovascular activity such as running or swimming. Lifting weights will also help speed up your metabolism and loose fat, while building some muscle mass at the same time (talk about a package deal). Like everyone said, you can’t reduce fat at a particular spot, and nor are ab crunches and the like useful for anything other than strengthening the abdominal muscles (IE they don’t help to burn fat very much).
