How can I do any PE if there's so many issues down there?

I’m having a dilemma with PE that I’m not sure how to get around, hoping anybody here can help me out.

Since my max erection size is 5.75x4.25 and I’m a grower, you can imagine how small my flaccid must be. This and the fact that I have a 1 to 1.25 inch fat pad as well as quite the chronic turkey neck makes it really difficult for me to a) stretch because I’m trying to grip something that’s short and thin underneath the glans which is very hard, b) jelq because, again, I’m small and the turkey neck and fat pad get in the way of my grip, c) clamp because my fat pad immediately pushes the clamp right back up to mid-shaft no matter how many times I push it to my pelvic bone, and d) hang because my flaccid’s too small to fit into an average hanging contraption.

All of these issues are the reason why I depend on pumping for PE because pumping involves a device that’s able to bypass all my limitations, but even then the fat pad and turkey neck play a partial role in not making the pump as effective as it could be.

I’m pretty distraught right now because I have the heart and dedication to keep doing PE, but I don’t know WHAT to do. :/

Tried stretching while wearing/using a latex glove? Works wonders; no slippage and great grip.

You could reduce the fat pad by working out making it easier to grip. If you combine that with making any gains through manual stretching, it may become easier to use alternative means of PE.

Yep try a rubber glove to stretch. It helped me hugely.

When jelking try holding near the glands at the end of the jelq, then grip with the new hand to jelq, release the hand from the gland and use it to pull back the extra skin while the other hand begins the next jelq.

Lose the fat. That will do more, faster, for the size of your dick than PE will. Nothing wrong with doing both, but weight loss is better for your health, your state of mind, and your sex life than PE is.

The issue here is that I already DID lose the fat. I lost 140 pounds before doing PE (so you can imagine just how much larger my fat pad was back then) so whatever’s left on me has created this “skinny fat” look. Looking at me with my clothes on, you’d think I’m one of the leanest individuals, but underneath, there’s a lot of skin and left over fat. I’ve recently gotten into bulking because my focus has shifted to steady muscle gains. I understand I’m going to have to deal with my current fat pad (and maybe a slightly larger one) if I continue this bulk, which is okay. My main reason for this thread is to figure out the best PE that I can do that works WITH my penis/body’s current state.

Full newbie routine using the latex glove and once conditioned/plateauing maybe pumping, since no grip is needed as with hanging?

That’s amazing, congratulations. I’ll echo DomXZ, try using a glove to make gripping easier for manual stretches. Once you’ve done enough of the newbie routine to feel comfortable, start or continue pumping.
