How can I avoid getting erect while stretching

Hi, I have a problem. I started the newbie routine but my penis starts to get erect when I do the stretches, how can I avoid this?. Is it beneficial if I masturbate before my session?

You’ll get used to it in the long run, as long as you can keep a good erection level during the jelqs, releasing before the work out should be fine.
