Thankful I’ve never had an issue. That said it could very well happen if I found myself single again.

Be careful to not spoil a good thing.

There is a point where you can get to big, so keep an open dialogue with your partner.

You’re right on Titleist. If you are in a meaningful relationship you really should take your partner’ feelings into consideration.

That said, it’s totally partner dependent on how much is “too big”. You’re significantly larger than me and with the exception of anal sex your wife enjoys it and can handle it, which is great.

In my case, once I hit my current girth, my girlfriend started having some occasional vaginal tearing, which isn’t so great. So for me, I’m going to continue my PE efforts to maintain EQ and maybe add some length. No more girth work for me, at least not now.

But like you and others have said, it’s totally partner dependent.

If we’re talking about hard limits, i.e. when penetrative sex becomes prohibitively difficult, then I think 7 inch girth is too big. Almost all the guys who have posted here with 7 inch girth have reported serious limitations in their sex life from it. Length wise, there almost is no hard limit. As long as the girth fits, it’s just a matter of how much shaft you put in.

Considering that realistically, most of us will never ever get to 10 x 7 no matter how successful our PE efforts are - there is a case to be made that we could all PE indefinitely and get as big as we possibly can. :spin:

It’s all in the care you use while erect. It’s not really an issue.

That is so encouraging and reassuring. I think that’s what I’ll tell them when any girls say “too big”.

There are many threads on this, so I’m sorry if the following isn’t relevant here.

There is a study, “Women’s Preferences for Penis Size”, from Prause et al, 2015. They didn’t mention numbers and the participants had to choose 3D models, instead of the usual 2D. The rest of the methodology looks ok. The participants were 75 California residents (women), mostly white or Asian, sexually experienced, currently in a sexual relationship, and had sex recently. They used 33 models, with lengths between 4” and 8.5” and girths between 2.5” and 7”, distributed uniformly.

Women preferred 6.4”x5.0” and 6.3”x4.8” for one-time and long-term partners, respectively. What the women thought was average was all over the place. Most of them thought it was either 5”x4” or 6”x4.5” or 5.5”x5”. In previous studies women believed the average was 6”x5”.

Personally I thought the size for a one-time partner would be larger.

I hope this is useful.

I’m sure that’s sarcasm. I get it. It’s never been an issue if you take your time. I’m not trying to big league this conversation.

Wasn’t sarcasm. I’m on the fence of whether to continue to gain past 5.5 EG, and insights from your size help a lot in that decision. I think most girls that turn a guy down because he’s too big could actually manage just fine if they knew he’d use a little tenderness and care.

My main contention is physical hard limits can grant you vaginal tearing regardless of care outside of 5.5” girth. I spend a lot of time be g gentle. Some women will not fit 6”+ girth comfortably in any way.

As long as the risk is one you accept then it’s fine.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Vaginal tearing sounds awful. Maybe 6+ is married with kids territory for me, if I ever get within spitting distance of 6 in the first place.

It isn’t good. Really, her reaction will tell you how awful it is. If she’s game and forgiving (or doesn’t fault you for it to begin with) then you’re in a good place.

The partner I had the most sex with tore the most often. It never got better. Lube, gentle, it was just a poor fit. And you can’t pick the vagina of the person you’ll be with long-term. It just ain’t a thing you can pick. You have to accept that significant risk and then hope that you can work through it as a couple if it is an issue. It ain’t guaranteed to be an issue. But…it’s a risk you have to acknowledge, at the very least.

That’s the thing I stress, when people set goals higher than 6” girth. I’m a bachelor and not-monogamous when I’m in a relationship, so it concerns me much less. But it is still a thing I keep in mind, myself.

I’m on this route currently. Seeing what can be done with PE. I don’t really have cemented goals. Short term is 9 inches in length and whatever girth comes with it. But long term I just want to gain what I can and see how much I can gain. My wife and I don’t have much of a sex life, and its been dying a slow death since the birth of our child, and I think the hysterectomy will be the final nail in that coffin. So I can do what I want without thinking about her.

You’re right, my girlfriend freaked out the first time she spotted blood after sex. She thought for a brief moment it might be cervical cancer, or something more serious than simply tearing. The way she reacted I got the distinct impression it never happened to her before and she’s had a fair amount of relationships before me.

I can also say that I’ve been with more than 30 women before my present girlfriend and vaginal tearing never happened before, at least to my knowledge. Pre PE I was 5.25” MSEG.

I never had this issue with my girlfriend until after PEing for about two years and I reached my current girth of 5.75”.

I will also say that the tearing happens only occasionally, maybe once every couple of months or so, and my girlfriend handles it much better now that she knows what it is. But I do have to be more careful entering her, she’s got to be properly warmed up or the tearing can happen. Quickies are pretty much done, can’t do those anymore. And when she does tear, forget about having sex the next day, we’ve got to wait until she feels comfortable again which is usually at least a few days. Blowjobs aren’t a problem but I do occasionally feel teeth.

Overall though the sex is great apart from the occasional tearing. So because I value this relationship I’m not going to try increasing my girth, only do length work and maintenance.

But again, really, it’s all partner dependent. There’s no doubt that there are women out there who can take more girth than what I have with no problem. And there are others I’m sure who aren’t able to comfortably take as much.

Just sharing my experience in this issue, hope it’s helpful.

That is good info Seneca32. I was searching around the net for female perspective, and found a girl who said she got tearing every time from intercourse - no matter who she was with or what size. That would be hell. A lot of the women who comment have no concept of an accurate girth measurement though.

I know these threads have been done to death, but we keep getting more and new info so I like them.

I’m imagining a bell curve of the percentage of women who would experience tearing or bleeding from intercourse - centered around about 6.5” EG, with a standard deviation of 0.5” EG. It would be a graph of how many women a specific girth is “too big” for. Basing this entirely on anecdotes from threads like this.

For the non-stats guys out there, it would go something like this:

5.0” EG - too big for 0.15% of women
5.5” EG - too big for 2.5% of women
6.0” EG - too big for 16% of women
6.5” EG - too big for 50% of women
7.0” EG - too big for 84% of women
7.5” EG - too big for 97.5% of women
8.0” EG - too big for 99.85% of women
