kooljohn, you basically get your unit into a state where it is semi erect, yet with great expansion. It should have a great plump girth going on, despite only being a semi- you want it nice a malleable.
Now grip the base all the way around, very lightly (you want to keep this plump, expanded but malleable state).
Now with the other hand, bend the head slowly back all the way to the base (where your grip is). Hold this for at least 30 seconds.
You need to experiment with erection levels, as there should be great lateral expansion on the long side of the bend (in my example it is the underside of the shaft).
