Ejaculating immediately after a PE session. On my last dry jelq movement I got extremely eroused and couldn’t hold back. What does this actually do with the growth of my penis.

Also with stretching, does it matter how your routine shapes up in stretching. For example, what is more effective?

Stretching downwards in one direction for 30 seconds at 10 times then moving to the next direction and repeat ..

Or

Stretching in one direction for 30 seconds once, then doing the same in each direction and then repeat doing this 10 times?

Stretch in one direction at a time, or move about?

Not much, if anything. At least there’s no concrete proof it helps or hinders progress. If it keeps you doing your routine, then feel free to do it!

I’m guessing that you don’t make a habit of it as you simply lost control in this instance.

Ejaculating does stop a session for most people I imagine (it would for me at least) so it would be best to control it until you’ve finished your session and/or got the worked feeling you were aiming for.

I can’t see there being a great difference between the two. Both scenarios have the same stretches, just in a different order. I would be tempted to focus on one angle until I felt there was no more to be gained from it, and then switch. You’re dealing with tough tissues (though be careful) and sometimes a divide and conquer approach is the only one that will work.

Either of the above will be fine if you’re just starting out. A good thing to do would be to pay close attention to how each stretch feels and try and tweak your routine to get the most out of it. It all comes with practise coupled with lots of reading.

I personally don’t think that ejaculating after PE is bad. I try to limit it so that I’ll have juice left for any sex that comes my way (which is pretty much every day these days) but otherwise I don’t see the point. Sure there is talk about the change in hormonal environment after ejaculating but whatever happens doesn’t seem to really affect growth, at least not in my case. Back when I first did PE (started in 1997) there was no talk about not ejaculating so I jelqed and pumped (briefly) and did a little hanging and got decent gains. And I jerked off after almost every session. So I say you can jerk off if you want to but if you feel uncertain about it then try to limit it. If you just popped one by accident this one time it won’t have any effect what so ever on your gains.

About stretching. I’ve always been terrible at stretching because it took me a long time to find the good grip (being uncircumsized). Nowadays I’ve figured out how to do things right for me and I feel that it’s more effective to change it up. That way there’s less hand fatigue and the head gets “hit” from different angles which limits fatigue there too. When I go for all my stretches in one direction my head ALWAYS shrinks up and I get a hard time getting a good grip. If I switch things around that’s not a problem.

When wet jelqing I get a lot of precum. I try not to ejaculate but it is hard to control. I got into PE so that I could control premature ejaculations. I figure if I could do my exercise, get fully erect, measure it and walk away it should help. In other words I don’t want my mind to think that I have to come everytime I take my dick out besides to pee.

I just want a nice big erection without shooting my load all over the place. That is my goal. So I know what you are saying, hugh.

I don’t think ejaculation really helps. Ejaculation causes the release of prolactin, which
is responsible for the refractory period (time during which you lose interest and probably
cannot stay erect). Because it causes the un-engorgement of the sex organs, I think
it would be a bad thing.

I personally make it a habit of waiting a few hours, so, I do my PE in the morning, and
save all my luvin’ for the evening.

Hugh, perhaps it’s the grip that you are using that is overstimulating the underside of your shaft up near the head (very sensitive area).

Maybe try the overhand you grip. It’s an overhand grip, but instead of making an OK sign and encircling your shaft, you elongate your thumb and forefinger so that they pinch together at the tips, and most of the pressure you put on your shaft remains on the sides.

Shouldn't you be Jelqing?

I don’t think it’s helpful, because my penis goes very flaccid after jacking off, it takes it awhile again before I can get it back up to that engorged point. I think BigFatLuvRocket is on to something.

In several studies we have recently demonstrated that orgasm induces prolactin secretion in healthy males and females. This suggests that prolactin may form a feedback regulator of the refractory period following orgasm. To examine this position we investigated the prolactin response of a healthy multi-orgasmic male subject. Blood was drawn continuously during masturbation-induced orgasm. The prolactin response of the case-subject was compared with that of nine healthy adult men with a normal refractory period. The case-subject showed no prolactin response to three orgasms. So far it’s pretty much been jelqing about 30 minutes a day, but not weekends (I don’t
count how many jelqs, just go for time). I jelq about 75% erect and make sure my
feet aren’t cold :-) It took a while, but it’s great.

I’m moving onto condom pumping now to get more girth and still some more length.
