How am I doing

Decided to post here, still thing I am a newbie. Started in Nov. 02 and progressed as follows, the first 3 mos. I believe I was measuring wrong (on the side), also all measurements are EG bone press length x girth.

11/02 5” x 4.5”
1/03 4.5” x 5.25”
2/03 4.375” x 4.75” (correct BP)
5/03 4.75” x 5”
6/03 5” x 5.25”
7/03 5” x 5.25”

My question is how am I doing and when do I know I have hit a plateau?

What is your current routine. How is it different from your starting routine?

In the beginning to be honest, I tried everything and anything. Got nothing but a sore penis. So I went back to basic warm up, stretch, jelq, and warm down. I start and end with 5 min. warm ups, then stretch and wet jelq.

Now the time or rep. for me does not matter, I have found the feel where I have done enough to fatigue my penis, maybe 5 – 15 min. stretch and 10-15 min. jelq ever other day or more. Like to see my penis return fuller before I start again to exercise, that’s it.
