I think you just have phimosis, an overly tight foreskin. That or the mid-section of the skin on your penis is overly tight. Either way, I bet you can fix this problem by stretching the skin, over time. 10 minutes of stretching the tight skin a day. After a few weeks this problem will be fixed, I think.

I’m circumcised, like the one in the pic.but I think this problem come out by stretching my penis

Oh dear, my apologies.

I can’t think of how stretching could physiological cause this to happen. Were you doing any A, V or fulcrum stretches? I suppose those could cause this, but I would imagine it would be quite a serious injury and you would have felt something. What is your routine?

From the picture it does look like, for some reason, there is a mid-section of skin on your penis that is a smaller circumference than the rest of the skin, causing a tightened ‘loop’ which is constricting the penis in that location and causing the house-glass effect.

My suggestion is to try and feel this area and grab opposing sides of the skin and try to manually stretch it, as I said before, for 10 minutes a day till it gets better. It’s relatively to easy to stetch skin, much easier than to increase penis size at least!

No, just “normal” stretches.I’m gonna try your hint, anyways I found out there are people with this problem.I hope there’s one who has solved it

Anyways my routine was 10min warming up+10 stretching+10min jelquing.. But I did it JUST for 1 month so I had no gain. I had to stop beacuse I’ve no time.

I feel embarassed every time I’m in a locker room or in front of my girlfriend.

I’m just resume dry jelquing as Marinera suggest to me, but I’m afraid to be incostant and not to fix my problem

Posting in the injury forum, I doubt will help fixing your problem. Actually, I doubt what you have is an injury.

Lito, if it makes you feel any better, I actually think the hour-glass effect looks kind of cool in your pictures. You do not need to feel embarassed in the change room! :)

Yes I had for several months, and I was really worried about, I thought to have laparonies disease, and I went to a doctor for it; luckily it wasn’t and the doctor explained some interesting thing about that disease.
