Guys I was reading some posts on a BRITISH Forum about PE I came across latelly and Somebody posted an interesting thing. He claimed that Hot wraps after exercises are bad. He experienced that when he did not do the hot wrap at the end of PE he gained lenght and girth, but when he did the wrapping somehow he did not see any results. Anybody had the same experience?

I’ve had the opposite experience. I always did a hot wrap at the end of my session. My gains were good.

Never trust the British, bunch of pricks.

I don’t know how it could harm gains..it improves bloodsirculation in the penis! Better bloodcirculation in the penis cannot stop gains, thats crap!

I heard circulation in the penis is bad. I now clamp behind the head and jelq into my fat pad, then apply ice.

Check out this thread on Ice Baths. theman seems to think it can help. I’d like to read more scientific research on this subject. Let us know if you have anymore information.

Ice has some good benefits in treating injury. 2in2001 always did an ice cool down after hanging and he is a physio I believe. TroyT8 was another great believer in ice.

I tried ice water in my tube for a cooldown pumping set. Seemed to help prevent post-workout fluid (swelling). Heating afterward would turn me into a grotesque monstrosity like those on the tigerpumping site.

There’s merit in cooling the tissues in an expanded state. Successful protocols for treating joint contractures used heat while stretching, then ice packs to “freeze” the ligs at the stretched length.

Heating after the workout strikes me as counterproductive. I suppose the fluid it causes may help prevent discoloration.

I found it reduced fluid post jelqing, producing a more solid expanded state post workout that lasted longer.

Maybe this is a difference between pumping and jelqing or did you get the excess fluid with heat after jelqing too?

I get it from everything. :( Squeezes, extreme Ulis and wrapping for girth are the worst offenders. Pumping too, of course.
