Hot wrap

Can I make the warm wrapping just by pressing a container of hot water against my body? I think it’s the easiest way to do it, but I did not see it anywhere, do you have any problem doing it?

Yes you can do this, I use several methods, I use a hot water glass, the shower, a thermal gel bag, etc.

Ideally, you’d find some way to wrap around the whole penis so that you’re heating the whole unit all at once. An old fashioned hot-water bottle would work. They’re cheap and available in any pharmacy.
