Hot Wrap Flaccid or Erect

Hi guys, newb here. I use the hot water in cup method to hot wrap and was wondering if you are suppose to do these hotwraps in an erect or flaccid state. Searched the forums and couldn’t find an answer. Thanks for reply.

How are you going to soak an erection in a cup of water? By standing on your head?

I would suggest making life easier by going to Target and purchase a Thermi-paq heat pad for about $10 .
It stays warm longer than a cup of water and you can take it anywhere around the house, even in bed.
