Hot water and PE
What are your guys opinions on this? Do you guys feel that doing MANUEL workouts(stretches, jelq) in either a hot shower or tub maximize results? Me personally, I feel like I would get a more complete/fuller workout under hot water than not. This is all based off of personal logic and has no consensus, but I was just curious because I usually do all my workouts in the shower and it’s just been to time consuming between the warm up, stretches, jelq, warm down, natural bathing. If anything I’d prefer to just do a warm up/stretch in the shower then complete my jelq in the confines of my room and drop the warm down.
