Hot warp after jelq.

I have been doing the newbie routine for 8 weeks now
And I don’t see any changes except I have more veins.. Some big and some small

I noticed that after I finish training and doing the hot warp, my penis doesn’t look bigger for a few hours later
But if I skip hot warp, my penis lasts bigger for a few hours.
Is that ok, should I keep the hot warp?

And another question, hot warp after training is for keeping more blood flowing into the penis (correct?)
If I use very cold water or ice, it could effect the same way. The body will send more blood to the penis to make it warmer. Like when you shower in cold water and your heart beats faster to send blood more quickly to warm the body.
What do you say?

First I think you mean hot wrap. (Just so we are spaeking about the same thing)

It might be worth reading through the newbie routines again, as there is some information to help those with slow gains. You might try some alternatives to see if they make any difference.

With regard to the cold wrap. You will notice that cold water caues your ball sack to shrink, to bring your balls nearer to your body (Just as it expands if it gets to warm down there.

. So if you use cold water then everything down there will tend to contract to keep warm from the body, so it will tend to restrict blood flow.

I have cold showers after my pe and use the hot wraps to warm up.

As a result my flaccid state post pe is quite large.

The reason for this is that after you experience that shrinkage from the cold your body then starts warming the area up to get the blood flowing and get nutrients/oxygen in the area. Result being a very large flaccid state for quite a long while after you’ve completed your pe routine.

I’m not 100% sure I’ve explained it correctly but that’s how I understand it to be.
