Hot or Warm wraps

I find using hot water and a hand towel a bit inconvenient. What are different types of hot/warm wraps techniques out there as I would prefer something less messy and requiring less effort. Perhaps something electronic?

An infra-red lamp wold probably give you the best heat, Do a Google search on Infra-red , as there are some pads as well, that might solve your problem.

I like these. They don’t require any electricity or heat but you might need two of them as they are not very big.

Also home made rice socks and hot/cold packs that you can normally get from pharmacies/chemists.
