Hot baths bad for testies

I’ve been in a routine for the past 5-6 years of taking baths everyday, sometimes twice a day. I have a nice relaxing tub, so I hardly ever jump into the shower. However, my concern is that I may damaging my balls killing sperm. Does anyone know how bad baths are for your testicles?

Heat is bad for your sperm, but I also think sperm will be good again once you stop heating them.

Alin is right, taking a shower is better than taking a bath. I think I even read a study that dealt with your question and it was proven that guys who take regular baths have lower sperm count and less mobile sperm which improved immediately after stopping regular baths.

Yeah, I don’t think there will be any permanent damage. It probably only messes with the sperm production right around the time of bathing. If you lay it off for a couple of days before trying to conceive your sperms will be new and fresh, so no worries. Just put another shrimp on the barbie.
