Am I the only one who thinks the Horse 440 exercise could do some damage? I am very careful with this exercise, but every time I do it, I feel like I’m going to pop a vain. I stopped.. I would rather have a long skinny penis than a permanent flaccid one. Any advice? Is this the only exercise for girth?

Horses are very intense exercises and should be done carefully. They are one of the best girth exercises.

You’ve been a member for awhile, but I need to ask, is your penis conditioned to where the Horse 440’s would be safe. We tend to tell newbies not to do them.

I think O-bends would be more safe than horse440, but you should have been at least 6+months doing PE before going with advanced exercices, you could damage your goods.

I’ve only just discovered Horse 440’s and love them. I can really see me gaining some good girth with them. Just from my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone with less than a year’s worth of conditioning. In that timeframe you should know what your penis can and can’t handle.

Not only that, you need the awareness to know how far to push and when to hold back. You may have been executing the 440s with way too much force. If you are going to continue 440s, go slow and feel it out. 440s are an excellent exercise if done properly. Don’t go overboard.
