Hi all,

I’ve been browsing this forum tons since I’ve joined as I find there is SOOOOO much information on here it is just crazy. I eventually stumbled onto the “horse 440 squeezes” and they sounded really intense. I am definitely too much of a ‘newb’ to begin doing these, but I was wondering if there was a video out there of these? I have used the search function quite a bit but have only been able to find literature on it. Not that that is bad, don’t get me wrong, it was very interesting; I just find that I am REALLY a ‘safety first’ type, and haven’t done any exercises unless I feel I thoroughly understand how to do the exercise properly. I am searching for a video so that I can begin doing the exercises once I feel I am ready. I am in no rush with my PE, but am looking at is as a fun challenge that may or may not work out but I’m sure as hell going to try :) . If anyone would have a video of how to properly do this exercises could they please post it on here? If you do know a thread this is in, could you please direct me via a link or PM. Sorry in advance if there already is one, but I have made a good effort I feel in trying to find it on this forum and hope that someone may help. Thanks in advance, and happy gaining!

I don’t think there is a video for Horse 440. What do you want to know about it ?


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I was just hoping there was a video of it out there somewhere so that I could get a complete understanding of how to do it. I have watched a bunch of the videos by Ocifar and they were really great as they did an awesome job of showing EXACTLY how to do the exercises. In all the posts of the Horse 440s it sounds like the penis is under quite a bit of stress and it really expands as you move your top hand down from the end. I was just trying to find a video so I could see this and actually see how much it expands and such so I would know exactly how much pressure and such to apply. Thanks for your response.

A horse 440 is basically like a jelq. The difference is that your grip around the penis is TINY ! I read somewhere you should make the ‘O’ grip with your fingers as small as half an inch. Well, I am not 100% but so far this is my understanding of a Horse 440.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

My understanding of Horse440: grip the base of your almost erect penis, like a manual clamp. Then, with your other hand, make another tourniquet just below the glans. Move the two hands together.

what you are describing is not the original Horse, but however is one of his best variant.

You have described one of the best exercise for increasing girth.

Correct range of erection is 50-80%.

So there are no videos out there? Unfortunate, but I guess nothing can be done.

Gimli, as a Newbie myself I certainly am not an expert, but I think you should stick with the Newbie Routine (and possibly pump) for the time being. Forget about the Horse for now. Don’t get too far ahead of yourself. More advanced routines can come later.

Hmm, I read somewhere on this forum to get as hard of an erection as possible, doing kegals to before making a torniquet grip on the base of your penis to get as strong of an erection as possible, then make another ‘O’ grip and slide it down the glans to push blood into the penis.
