This is not entirely accurate. As a matter of fact, when you exercise so hard as to cause injury or trauma, not only do you not gain, you can cause injury retraction and erection loss.
With PE, it is critical to find your own balance between stimulating expansion without crossing over the injury line and discoloration is an injury.
Maybe it doesn’t seem right, but if your PE routine feels good, you are probably doing it right. If is causes discomfort or discoloration, you are doing it wrong.
