I wrapped up after my workout last night, for the first time ever. WOW! I used one layer of white cotton (t-shirt) followed by a sticks-to-itself ace bandage. I put it on pretty loose- no tension at all to pee through it- but just tight enough that it kept my flaccid about 1” longer than usual. Amazing grace, it works! When I unwrapped in the morning I had no numbness, discoloration, or any ill feeling at all, but my dick is still hanging like that some 10 hours later! I kind of discounted wrapping previously. Big Girtha is a total “never let it turtle” advocate saying that you’ll heal in the shape you take on after your workout. I’m starting to believe in what he’s saying. If this result keeps repeating, I’ll definitely be wrapping up after EVERY WORKOUT from now on.

Doing things to your penis when you can’t keep an eye on it (like during sleep) is usually discouraged. Being very careful is excellent advice. Perhaps try it on a weekend morning or at a time when you can keep your wrapped dick in your pants during the day and then let it out at night. At night it’s easy to get an erection and, if the self-stick bandage is at just the right place, to trap some blood and have a major disaster.

No. ADS is different to traction wrapping.

Looks like that will be my next thread, “Why an ADS is not the same as a traction wrap”. Seems to be a common misconception around these parts.

I agree with both sides. Personally for me, I do most of my serious PE right before bed. The last thing I do is edging then put on a jelly cock ring.(very flexible) I usually wake up around 4am and take it off. I have been doing this now for the last week. And have had no problems as of YET. I wake up with the biggest thickest flaccid ever.which is starting to stick around longer and longer. I really believe that your body heals most when you are sleeping. So it would be best to try and keep your unit extended as much as possible while sleeping.Also you need to be as careful as you can because you are sleeping and are not able to keep an eye on your unit. I am in no position to tell anyone here how to do your PE. So everything I say is IMO.

I also have always believed it is best to leave the dick alone at night. If you want something to heal, it has to rest- unaffected during sleep.

I was going to try bed fowfers, but I thought even they would not be beneficial. I feel that night time is for sleeping and recovering from the PE session you did beforehand (whenever it was in the day), and the key to growth is the UN-effected sleep phase, or “recovery” phase, every time you sleep.

I do use Fowfers, or BTC stretches, but I generally use them when I can’t be fucked doing my normal PE routine, and I don’t go to sleep in this position. I will only hold this stretch whilst watching TV, or whatever before sleep time, then release and sleep.

If someone can ASSURE me through actual evidence that manipulation of the cock in any form during sleep time is beneficial, I will jump on the band-wagon.

Yeah d_sut, that’s pretty much what I’ve gathered. I was skeptical as hell and pretty much discounted the whole idea, but the idea of the body healing while sleeping stuck around. So I decided to just wrap it as loosely as possible- the loosest possible amount where I’m thinking my buddy won’t be so *inclined* to suck back inside himself. Shit, no that’s not really accurate as I don’t really turtle that much anymore. What I’m trying to say is that I *slightly* stretch my flaccid post workout and then wrap it up with (VERY LITTLE) tension. My flaccid’s going about 3-4” these days and post wrap it’s about an inch longer than that. Because I’m wrapping it so loosely I never find that it’s extended to the degree to which I’d wrapped it, but it is noticeably bigger each morning and throughout the day. I have absolutely no desire to increase this into a full fledged wrap or to increase the tension because of the lack of ability to monitor, but I will keep it up because it definitely seems to be complimenting my PE and it’s such a *simple* thing to do. I think there’s a possibility I’m going to look into doing a maddening wrap that’s actually more of a traction wrap. The idea of getting benefits while still being able to sleep or do activities is really appealing to me.

I think the idea of a nighttime wrap is synchronous with that thinking because you’re not actually doing PE, but rather insuring that you’re longer while healing.

And regarding safety: the wrap I do is not adventurous at all. very loose. if you wrap tightly at night, actually doing PE while you sleep you are, in my personal opinion, BEGGING FOR A DICK DISASTER.

I will say however that this method has opened my eyes to how wrapping could be used during the day.

So I would gather from that that the wrap is to mainly prevent turtling.

It is clear that you aren’t going over the top with this wrap, or using it as a stretching tool, and I agree that it is very easy, the way you described the process, and I am all up for easy shit to do!

Shit I am confused now, because I can’t work out in my mind weather this method is to assist in healing, assist in stretching (length wise), and I am also having difficulty trying to figure out if the positive effects of wearing this wrap are mostly short-term and are ONLY the result of having it on for however many hours during the night.

Or the extra length visible after the removal of the wrap in the morning is going to eventually lead into permanent gains, as a result of the help the wrap has provided during the healing time.

Either way, I will be trying this tonight if we have that wrap anywhere.

I think the best case scenario is that the collagen and elastin and all the other shit in your dick that need to repair will now do so in a more lengthened state thereby accelerating actual gains by not allowing the dick to go back to the size it’s “memorized”- i.e. been it’s whole life.

If it has kept your dick in that state for 10 hours or so, that, if done, even every other night, to me says “permanent,” or “permanent enough.”

I have been on the lucky side with my flaccid since starting PE. It hasn’t turtled ONCE! That is amazing to me, and in fact if I was to see it turtled now, that would actually be a shock to me! But this seems to be good to stop it turtling at night (if it does, I am unaware of this) and the extra flaccid lenght!

The point is not to stop turtle-ing,per-say. Rather to have the penis in an extended state while the body is at it’s highest healing point which is while you are asleep. Naturally if you have a wrapped dick then it stops turtle-ing. Killing two birds with one stone. Like I said , I use my jelly ring right before sleep, and again this morning I woke up at 4am and took it off with no pain and no problems evident, except for a thicker unit. I think I am going to eventually use the ring with a wrap to keep it plump and long while I sleep. I think that IMO that if you do this with extreme care you can benefit from this. So far wantsmore and I have only seen good things. See this is where things start. Somebody has to be the first to take the steps.The guinea pig. Lol.
