Hey guys! I have been reading around here for a bit, and I have been somewhat applying what I have learned, but I have recently stopped due to the fact that I am living on a couch at a friends, and I’ve been having issues getting a full erection. I have always sort of had a problem getting a full erect penis, I could be getting head, and I’ll notice it go down a bit, which is.just strange. I was doing those muscle flexes, I am pretty sure it is the PC muscle, in my spare time. But I read that I should stop if I was having trouble getting it up. But I wanted a bit more input, because I have taken a break for about two weeks, and my erections are still sorta weak.

I am also looking to get bigger. But I didn’t know if anyone had any advice for when you are living with someone else and you don’t exactly want to do it in the living room where you are sleeping. My roommate doesn’t ever leave really, so my option has been the shower for now. But I hate taking obnoxiously long showers, and I didn’t know if doing it in the shower with hot water was super great for you or anything. I am also curious if anyone has used the basic exercises, like jelqing and hand stretching and gotten good results. I don’t want to get too much into hanging or more than I can do with my own hands.

So anyway, I preemptively thank you all for your advice and recommendations.

Plain and simple jelqing just on it’s own.
And doing it in a shower is especially good.

What you could do is like every time you go to the “toilet” (tell them that) and you can do a few jelqs there.
Like if you decide to use 4 toilet stops to do some jelqs of 25. (4x25= 100).

And I live with people and I have been able to get away with a lot of PE without suspicion.
And for erections jelqing is really good. I don’t have erection issues or ever had them.
But after like 5 days of jelqing it’s like having a solid block of hardwood.
And spontaneous erections.

You are pretty sure is the PC muscle to blame on your EQ problem!! I don’t think so.
When I started PE my EQ also went down a bit, then I decided to read some threads about jelqing and EQ, I realised that jelqing reduce sensitivity of the penis and cause temporary EQ problem just because you are new to it, once you have been doing it for 4-6 weeks the situation will reverse your EQ will improve so dam much

Trust me on this one!

Start drinking lots of fluids and make it really obvious that you are doing so. Then you can use this as a cover up to go to the bathroom to do some excercises.

With doing it during a bathroom break, it’s sort of hard to do a dry jelq though. Are those healthy for people who are newer to it? Can I do dry jelq without worrying about damaging myself?

Well just go to the bathroom and stay in there for like 20-30 minutes max and if anyone asks just be like hey I was in there doing business what happens in the bathroom stays in the bathroom

Dry jelqing well start with wet then move to dry good luck

You can buy some hand lotion and keep it in the bathroom if they ask tell them you like to apply lotion to hands after washing them as you are prone to dry hands they will notice how soft and smooth your hands are too but they wont know you jelq with them. The lotion also works great making your penis feel so smooth and nice. I jelq with some vitamin E lotion it feels great no skin irritation and just let it absorb into skin does not get sticky later like lube.

Why do I always read about dry jelqing being so hard to do? Personally I think they’re easier to do than wet jelqs and they don’t make a mess. I’m cut too by the way so it’s not like I have the extra skin to help out.

Anyways, to the original question, what’s been said so far will help you out, after a few weeks of jelqing when your unit gets used to being beaten up, youll notice hard-ons like concrete, and including kegels will help that further. Though I don’t know what to tell you about the privacy other than to do it during bathroom breaks and while showering. Although simple jelqing and stretching is really easy to do undetected while laying down under the covers, so just give yourself a few extra minutes for a session before you fall asleep.

Just give it some time, this kind of stuff doesn’t happen overnight.

I keep on forgetting to ask questions! I was also wondering if I can get decent gains just by doing hand stretches and dry or wet jelqing? I know I won’t get as much gain as someone who is doing weights and stuff probably. But I’ve been seeing people that can gain almost an inch in a year. I guess it depends a lot on how much time you spend though.

Being new to PE you shouldn’t even be thinking about weights or any other advanced routines, for the first few months you should only do simple hand stretches and jelqs, and you can absolutely make good gains using them. I just finished up my first month and gained almost a half inch in length and a 1/8 inch in girth.

It certainly is nice of him. I might be a bit pissy about it here and there, but I am greatful.I’m just having issues with trying to find.private “me” time.which is really difficult to do.

Shower is best I’d say, and they don’t have to be too long, you can stretch in the bathroom before actually getting in the shower, just say you we’re takin a douce before getting in, that will cut down on shower time, then jelq in the shower, that’s basically what I end up doing sometimes, I’m keeping this on the DL from my gf whom I live with, so on days when we’re both home or work at the same time, I do it in the shower before I go to work, that way, I’ve also had a lot of rest time when I get home to re-use the SGT. For other activities ;) and she’s none the wiser lol.

Also, hand techniques have worked great for me so far, 1 month in and I’ve gained about 1/2 in length, and about 1/8th in girth, and EQ has been stellar,
