I came across this site a few days ago and thought I would give it a try. I have wanted to increase the size of my penis for months now, but didn’t know how to get it done. I read about pills and other methods, but was not sure if I believed the results. After spending some time on this site, I thought it sounding like it really works so I’m going to jump in and see how it goes.

Now, I know I need to lose some weight and I have started an exercise program to help. I understand that this will help my penis size, but I also want to gain some length and girth. I’m starting the newbie routine today as this seems like a good place to start. My goal is to see some improvement in my penis by New Years day, 2010.

Any words of advice or encouragement from you experienced guys?

By the way, here are my starting measurements as of 11/30/09:
BPEL = 6.5”
EG = 5.5”
FL(hanging non-bone) = 4.0”
FG(hanging) = 4.875”

Good starting size. The newbie routine is the right starting point also. Be consistent and good luck.

Just curious, at 6.5 x 5.5 you are already above average and quite a bit so in girth. What was your motivation to do PE? What was your motivation to start PE? Did you get negative comments or just want a huge unit like all of us?

How much of a fat pad do you have? In other words what is the difference between your BPEL = 6.5” and your NBPEL = ?

Iamaru, I don’t know for sure. I’ll have to take a measurement in the future. I hate to say that I think it is about 1”. I do know I need to get rid of some “fat” and I’m working on that now. Thanks!

PS: I just was able to complete my first newbie pe routine. It went well, I think. Have to wait and see.

You’re at a great starting size. See how well you respond to the newbie routine, and go from there. What are your size goals?

You should start seeing improvements in EQ almost immediately. At least I did…

Corvo, my initial goal is to see if I have any improvements in both length and girth by New Years day. My long term goal is to get to at least 7.5”-7.75” BPEL and 6.5 EG. Any idea how long it may take to get to this goal?

Well, day 2 and I just finished my pe. It felt good today. I’ll planning to stay on the newbie routine through the end of the month. How soon should I take another measurement? After 2 weeks?

Well, I’ve been PEing now for 4 weeks. I decided to take a measurement every two weeks. I was excited to see that I have made gains in both length and girth. It has giving me the drive to continue.

Here are my stats:
Meas. Date / BPEL / EG / FL / FG
2009-11-30/ 6.500” / 5.500” / 3.500” / 4.875”
2009-12-13 / 6.625” / 5.625” / 3.750” / 5.000”
2009-12-28 / 6.875” / 5.750” / 3.875” / 5.250”

Based on these results, I’ve set a short term goal:
BPEL = 7.5” and EG = 6.25” by Feb. 1st 2010.


Good Luck growth depends on your penis. I started in November and hitting jan i feel i will have gained 0.5 inch in length.

First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5

Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0

Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL

It’s been 2 months since I started on my PE journey. I had set a short term goal of BPEL = 7.5” and EG = 6.25” by Feb. 1st. Didn’t make that goal. I did miss some days over the last month and I’m thinking that could be part of the slow down in growth. My current measurements are BPEL = 7.0” and EG = 5.875

I’m a little disappointed, but have not given up. I’m going to stick with the newbie routine for another month and see if I can reach the goal I set for Feb 1st.
