Hiya - Newbie with questions
Hello,
I’m new to this whole PE-scene, and I won’t really have time to start PEing until after about 3 or 4 weeks (due to a massive workload now, so I don’t want to change any routines), but afterwards I’ll be able to start trying it, however, I thought that even if I can’t start yet, I could at least try to get info whenever I had the opportunity to do so. I’m currently about 5.8 inches, and my goal would be about 7.5-8 inches; if I ever reached that I’d be very, very pleased, but such big gains are probably unattainable. If any of you think it’s possible (or impossible), just post a response to that here.
Other than that, I’ve looked at a sequence of exercises and not just at thunder’s place, but several other sites, but I’m still not quite certain what routine would be optimal for gaining speed. I was thinking of ordering a pump and make one of those home-made stretch devices that I could use while on a computer or something at home, but if anyone has suggestion to a proper routine, I’d be much obliged.
Oh, while I haven’t really PEed, I guess I can add that I have been dry-jelqing and jelqing in the shower as it was something I came over a month ago, and that’s basically what lead me to read more about PEing, but I do about 200 jelqs every other day or something like that, although I’m not sure how effective this is when not combined with other exercises (I built it up by adding 20-30 jelqs weekly).
But, I’d appreciate it if any of you could help me set up a decent routine, I’ve looked around and seen routines, but I don’t know much of the reasoning behind the exercises and I’d rather have explained the logic behind the given exercises to me (if I’m just very bad at finding information, please let me know where to look). And also, I’m mostly interested in length gains for the time being, but I wouldn’t refuse girth gains, either, and I suppose one complements the other.
