Hit my first goal

Holy shit. I can’t believe it. I have finally hit my first goal of 7.5 bp x 5.5. Actually, I might be a bit higher in girth now as that number is old.

For those that don’t know, I started 9 or 10 years ago and had some good newbie gains. Then life got in the way and I stopped. Then every couple of years I would start up again, but soon quit.

On June 15, 2011, I was 7.25 bp x5.25. I might have lost an 1/8 inch in both directions BTW and I did no maintenance. And embarrassingly 5.5 nbp (because of my fat pad).

Since then, I’ve been dieting, doing cardio and lifting heavy. I’m down 22 pounds now.

As for PE, I started back with jelqs and squeezes mostly. After a month or so, I tried clamping a few times, but it never felt right. A week or so ago, I started pumping, but it’s too soon to tell if that’s best for me though I like the feel so far (yes, I’m taking it easy).

I just measured 7.5 inches erect bone pressed and more importantly 6.25 inches nbp.

Feels great hitting the 7.5 inch mark. Actually what feels better is knowing that I will hit 7 nbp whether I gain any more length or not.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

He started 9-10 years ago, but it seems like each time he started again he did not stick to it long enough to get good gains.

Awesome man, congrats! You are near my goals as well. I should be so lucky to get to them, but you started off bigger to begin with.

May I ask, how do you measure? I just wanted to know how you guys measure when NPB? I can’t measure from the top because it has slight downhill at the beginning of my pipe :D SO, I Measure from the right side, slowly pushing the ruler to my pipe, it shows 16cm. Just wanted to know, is this wrong way?

I have a slight upward curve so I just measure normally but don’t push the ruler in. It can be a little subjective.
