Dear experts! Iv been PEing for 3 years now but have grown only from 6.7BPEL to 7.2BPEL. I noticed most of my growth was during the begining when my dick was not seasoned. How about taking a 5 month break and starting again? Do you think that might work? How else can I avoid plateaus? I do not want to be too strenuous because i was injured once and had to take a 4 month break. I noticed gains after the break though.

My routine:

5min warm up dip in hot water
15min jelqing and jelq streching
2min cool down ice water

PS- my EQ is excellent, though im still not happy with size

Start your routine back for a month, and then transition into hanging.

I`m going through a similar experience.

I initially gained a good inch in length quite quickly, but now I`m stuck 1/8” from 7” and have been so for a few months now.

I have begun a de-conditioning break and I`m not sure how long this will be. I will see how I feel january 1st.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I don’t know if my initial gains were my ligaments stretching or from actual tissue growth. If I were to take a deconditioning break how long should i stop for?? I tried hanging but didn’t really like it as all did was stretch skin and made my dick go cold. Also lost EQ. Iv heard of a few sports performance enhancers that have been discussed on this site that might help with getting a better jelq results should a try those?

Is that all you’ve done 3 years? Or is it just your current routine?

I would take a 2 month break, after that starting slowly and do the newbie routine for about 2 - 3 weeks
And then I would start with a heavy routine which contains hanging, advanced stretches and maybe also

That’s like what I do currently. I start a 3-week-rotation-routine after my 3 weeks of preparative routine,
Which means, that I have 3 different routines, each a week long and so each week different stimuli.

I think the penis is like a girlfriend. You always need new arguments to make her do what you want.

Well I did try stretching with the homemade stretcher but it didn’t work. It just stretched my skin and made my dick cold… Was trying a heavy jelq routine from a thread I read on this site and i got injured. For the last 6 months that has been my routine though. Can you suggest a routine for me to get back to after the 2 month break? Also how long did it take you to grow the first inch?

Intensify your routine with dedicated stretching using an ADS/hanger. I would also recommend using IR light for your warm up if at all possible.
