Hit a plateau
Hey everyone!
Iv been PEing since Jan 10 2008. When I started my BPEL was 6.75”. As of May 10 my BPEL was just about 7”. Correct me if I’m wrong but I feel my gains are too slow. My workout is as follows:
5min warm up
10min manual stretching
15-20 min jelqing @ 60-80% EL
5min warm down
Can some experts suggest how I can change my routine to get lenght faster
