This has been my length goal for some time, and although alot of people desire more. I am pretty content for now. After cementing this for a month or 2, I will probably focus most of my workout on girth. (I am probably more like 7 7/8 cemented, this was an unusually good erection.)
I posted 6-7 weeks ago about my 0.6 inch gain in 4 1/2 months, well at just over 6 months, it seems that I have made about 0.9 inches in length gains, and i had a spirt of about 0.2-0.25 in the last month as I really focused on hitting my ligs more.

A question I have for the vets and big length gainers is: Did any of you lose girth when you gained length quickly. It seems I lost at least 1/8th inches of midshaft girth (tested several times on different days) and that I am down to about 4.625-4.7 midshaft girth (Lower than when I started PE) however, I am staying steady at max girth, and it actually seems to have cemented itsself at about 5-5.05.

My Routine is:

5-7 minute warmup
5-7 minutes lig stretches, each direction (30-50 second hold)
3 minutes tunica stretch
10-15 minute jelqs/squeezes
hot shower

occasionally wear the ads, not more than a 4-5 hours/week (lazy) I seem to be one of those less is more guys, at least for length, I know girth will be the challenge as I have trouble getting alot of expansion.

As far as pictures, I would prefer not putting them up, and I do not have a before picture.

Also, I just want to thank everyone on the forum who has helped me thus far. I really came in depressed/obsessed with my penis, and now I am about half as obsessive, and not nearly as depressed!

Out of curiosity, what are ‘ligs stretches’ and ‘tunica stretches’?

As your loss of girth: length work tends to diminish EQ, so maybe that’s why your girth is measuring slightly less. Extenders can cause this ‘thinning’ thing more often than stretches.

When I think of Lig stretches, I am just pulling down, and I can really feel the ligs getting pulled out.

I think I heard about tunica stretches from one of Kingpole’s posts. It’s when you grab the base of your penis with a ring shaped grip, and push against your pubic bone as hard as you can and then stretch out the penis. I don’t feel this at all in my ligs, but more in the middle and upper part of my penis.

BTW Marinera, what is the science behind length work/gains diminishing EQ, and at times girth. Is it the result of the penis/tunica having to fill up more space with the blood, and not being accustomed to the new length?

The word ‘science’ when related to PE should be read, in the best of cases, as ‘educated guess’. :) So said, I think yes, it’s hard to fill that more space; this makes no sense to many vets, since the difference in volume isn’t so big that can’t be filled with blood, but I think length work tends to worsen the veno-occlusive mechanism, so the EQ goes down and the ability to fill the space does the same.

Another possible explication is that length work tends to affect in a bad way the smooth muscle. I think the hypothesis of Remek and Iguana, although based on wrong ‘proofs’, is nonetheless a right intuition: girth gains are caused by smooth muscles growth - tunica grows as a consequence; length gains by tunica growth - smooth muscle grows after.

Of course the two hypothesis could be not mutually exclusive.

That would be Tunica Tugs.

Just a question do you think that the EQ eventually will recover or the more length you gain the worse your EQ gets?

Dyablo, I certainly do not have any expertise regarding penile anatomy. However, I do believe that any time people report volumetric change regarding both girth and length, it seems that any losses as a result of a gain in the other (girth or length) are temporary and require some time to become accustomed to the new size. For instance if someone gains girth, and loses length I believe that the loss of length is the result of lack of EQ due to lack of blood flow (blood/tissue is expanding outward), and over time those length gains will come back. I don’t know the science behind it, but it seems more plausible. Otherwise PE would be like molding a sculpture with a limited supply, and this would obviously prove the cell replication/cell growth via mitosis theory wrong (which i don’t think is the case), but again this makes the most sense to me. At least I hope this is the truth. Hopefully some more vets/M.D’s will chime in.

I always got the impression from your posts that you were one of the more dedicated,focused and motivated exponents of PE and these results confirm that.Those tunica tugs work well for me also and it’s something I’ve always incorporated into my stretches since I discovered them from a Kingpole post.

So what will you be doing to hit your girth now???

I’m not really sure what I will do. I plan to attack it like any problem/goal and that is to learn about the enemy. I think I will begin by trying to learn a little more about the anatomy of the penis. (I will probably continue to work on cementing length for a month or 2 first) but afterwards I will try to gain a more profound understanding of the tunica. It seems that I have a very hard time getting expansion, so I imagine that girth for me will be a slow process. After cementing the gains, I am going to look into clamping and possibly getting an air clamp. Aristocane’s post on clamping is fascinating to me (the idea that you must constantly put more force on expanding/breaking down you tunica than it has previously seen in order gain/cement girth.) One thing I don’t have much interest in at this time is pumping, from what I can tell, real girth gains that stay will come from the inside out.

I think it will happens, or all people who gain a lot of length should become semi-impotent. :)

This ‘gap’ between length gains and ability to fill the new space (roughly speaking) could in part explain why BPFSL show earlier than BPEL.
