High lot

High lot

Hi everyone, Im new to this Thunder’s. I have been reading about PE and have just started a basic routine. I never thought about the a persons lot until i read over this forum. I have a high lot which before I thought was due to being young at 19, but I guess I was wrong (about other things too after reading all the helpful information on this site). My question is that if I do down stretches will it lower my lot gradually? Also, before reading this site I never realized that there were two ways to measure size. I was happy to know you could push the ruler in and not be cheating! Does anyone know if bone pressed or non bone pressed is the “official” size that is used in all the dick size polls. Nice meeting everyone and thanks for all the helpful information.

-Jeff.

>My question is that if I do down stretches will it lower my lot gradually?<

Good question. That would make sense, logically. I’ve read posts that have stated LOT stayed the same but most seem to indicate a downward trend if not one that relates itself exactly to the amount gained.

>Also, before reading this site I never realized that there were two ways to measure size. I was happy to know you could push the ruler in and not be cheating!<

Its about consistency :) When you are measuring your gains you want to be accurate with a BP. When you are setting your goals you maybe want to think NBP. When you are bragging, measure from just forward of your anus (after all there is penis there) :D

NBP seems to be used by Most surveys.

Hi Jeff, nice to meet you too. Welcome to this Thunder’s Place. :)

When I first started PE, I setup a log to track my progress and all aspects related to PE. In the measurement section I have over 20 different measurement categories. NBPFSL (flaccid stretch length), BPFSL, BPEL (bone pressed erect length), NBPEL, EG (erect girth) at base, midshaft and head, FG (flaccid girth) at same three locations, balls to tip of head, from the side, volume, angle, etc.. I like to track every possible measurement to find out exactly which way my dick is growing.

However, like memento said, regardless of the measurement you decide to use, the most important thing is to be consistent with it. Try to be really aware of the way you are measuring compared to previous attempts. This way you will know for sure when you start to gain instead of wondering if maybe you had the ruler cocked funny or not pushed in all the way before.

Welcome again, enjoy!

Stevie,

What exactly do you track? Very interested as to what your 20 measurements are and what else you are tracking.

Ok, ready for some acronyms :)

  • NBPFL
  • BPFL
  • NBPFSL
  • BPFSL
  • BPEL
  • NBPEL
  • EG - base
  • EG - midshaft
  • EG - head
  • FG - base
  • FG - midshaft
  • FG - head
  • Top of the balls to the bottom of the glans
  • Top of the balls to the top of the glans
  • Bottom of the balls to the bottom of the glans
  • Bottom of the balls to the top of the glans
  • Volume (calculation)
  • LOT angle
  • Flaccid exit angle
  • Erect exit angle
  • Distance from base to circ scar
  • Distance from circ scar to tip of glans
  • Side measurements
  • Amount of base skin stretch
  • I even measure from the end of the hair on the base of my shaft to the tip of my glans both erect and flaccid

In addition to the measurement statistics, I also keep track of all exercises and time spent on a daily basis. I write down everything from time spent hanging, amount of weight used, which traction wrap or ADS device used for how much time, which girth exercises were performed for how long and at what intensity. I keep a lot of notes on the individual experience of each exercise too. Things like how how long before I reached fatigue, any color change, time spent with the exercise compared to time available, etc..

I setup the log initially for more than just PE so it contains other information like caloric intake, cardio and weight training progress, supplement intake, weight, and other body measurements like chest, arms, waist, legs, etc..

It’s actually become a rather large collection of information in just over a year’s time. Normally with something like PE and working out my attention is easily diverted. The log and records I keep help me stay focused and driven to the goals I have set for myself.

Wow :)

Thanks for posting that. What are the cardio, calorie… type measurements you make?

Maybe you should post your log?

Top of the balls to the bottom of the glans - BNGEL
Top of the balls to the top of the glans - BGEL
Bottom of the balls to the bottom of the glans - BBNGEL
Bottom of the balls to the top of the glans - BBGEL
Flaccid exit angle - FEA
Erect exit angle - EEA
Distance from base to circ scar - NBPCEL
Distance from circ scar to tip of glans - CGEL

Side measurements ??

Amount of base skin stretch - TNQ
I even measure from the end of the hair on the base of my shaft to the tip of my glans both erect and flaccid - TNPL

Here is a thread that show an upward LOT movement.

No problem mem. I’ve been considering posting the whole thing in a PDF or similar, but it needs some heavy editing/formatting before that would happen. After re-reading some of my earlier entries I have finally come to grips with just how crazy I really am. :D

The non-PE stats are almost as exhaustive - if not more - than the PE stats. I track every meal I eat, the caloric value of them (if available), portion size and time of day I ate them. For the cardio I use an elliptical machine that tracks tons of information for me. From the data available I record the amount of time spent, calories burned, distance traveled, average speed, top speed, average heart rate and top heart rate. For weight training I track things like amount of weight used, reps, sets, total time spent, reps it takes to reach fatigue at which weight, etc..

At first the information was sporadic, but over time and with enough repetition, I began to keep better track and continued to add new values. Now I hardly even have to think about it, it’s become part of the daily routine.

:chuckle: Love it! I’ll have to use those.

I don’t like side measurements (length measurement with the ruler on the side) so I don’t speak very highly of them. A mere mention is almost too much. However, I still like to keep track of them just to monitor any changes and see how they compare to any top-of-the-dick measurement gains.

Don’t you have a set of calipers? They would surely be a must for someone like you.

The only calipers I have are on my car. My doc measures body fat for me. Besides, I don’t want any pointy metal things in the vicinity of my dick. (:
