Seeing as I’m new on the PE block, and did some preliminary skimming, and “Newbie Gains” came up frequently. So I’m just wondering, is there a mean average of gains one could expect (while following the Newbie Routine most likely, doubt I’d try making up my own routine with no knowledge :D )

No one can tell you how much you will gain, there are to many things that play a factor.

Newbie gains just refer to people that make quick gains in the beginning of PE.

Like bird2 said no one has a set amount they can tell you that you will gain. Only that you will gain with time and dedication to PE.
