Last night, my lady friend and I were fooling around and she noticed when I am aroused I have a 2 or 3 “hidden” inches beyond what is exposed. She said she noticed it before but never mentioned anything about it. This sounds silly but are there any exercises or procedures to release those extra inches? She is happy with my size now but it would be nice to surprise her with a little more.

Some people claim cutting the suspensory ligaments allows the inner penis to be released, but it’s nonsense. You can cut some of the ligs to allow your penis to hang at a lower angle and thus appear longer when flaccid. But there is no evidence that lig cutting allows the inner penis to come out and result in erect gains.

Your best bet for now is to try and pull it out with the newbie routine. Once you are conditioned enough maybe try hanging.

Thanks for the information and advice. I have just started the newbie routine during the morning and pumping in the evening maybe that will get things going. Also, I would probably need to quit smoking.

I am very new to this. I just thought I would take the same approach as I would if I was getting back in shape.cardiovascular exercises and lifting weights. So, you are saying doing both would not be beneficial. If so, I will stick with the manual regimen. Is that what you recommend?

I found this on another site and have done it. I can feel the stretch.

1. Sit down and spread your legs apart.

2. Hand 1: Place an OK-grip around your penis and your scrotum. This grip should be at the base, with your penis and testicles hanging out of the grip. Don’t grip the actual testicles.

3. Hand 1: Stretch your penis and testicles straight up, towards your head. Do this while pushing in.

4. Hand 2: Simultaneously grip your penis an inch below the glans and also pull straight up.

5. Hold both hands in place for twenty to thirty seconds

Your fat pad covers up to an inch or more of your penis. If you lose some of your fat pad through exercise and diet, your non bone pressed penis length will increase by the same amount of fat pad reduction.

You need to condition (PE exercises) your penis for at least six months before you begin a serious pumping routine. If you want to experiment with pumping, keep the vacuum low and don;t exceed 10 minutes under vacuum.

I have recently started doing something similar to massage my internal or root of the penis when I take my shower. I am also into full package pumping that exposes this area to the expansion benefits of vacuum pressure. I like the idea of this stretch too. Good find.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I was also wondering weather standard pumping stretches the internal make-up of the penis in a similar way an extender stretches these parts. My conclusion was that pumping just increase blood and fluid and really just engorges the shaft without putting tension on the ligaments and chambers. If my assumption is valid, then vacuum pumping your scrotum would not have any stretching benefits either. Any thoughts?

I pump my balls and scrotum several times a month (10 months so far) just to enjoy a few days with a larger sack, but it always returns to its normal size in a few days, except for a leathery glom that settles to the bottom and lasts for up to a week. No permanent gains so far.

Am I correct in assuming, by “pushing in”, you are saying to kegel?

I think he means using the stomach as leverage…pulling the base and scrotum up (not excessively hard) while pushing into the lower abdomen.
