Hi I’ve just started PE properly, this is a great place to read up on it, I’ve got a heat pack for my warm ups and started stretching and jelqing, with the horse hold. Started at 6”x5” so I want to finish around 7.5-8” x 6”, going to keep at it regularly :)

Welcome aboard you found the jackpot of PE masters here. 8x6 is a nice long term goal, but I’d get a short term goal in mind so you can look forward to something along the way. Stick with the program ask questions and look at the video’s you’ll be sure to succeed.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

The “Horse Hold” or “Horse440’s” (why can’t anyone ever get this name right anymore?) is a pretty advanced exercise. It is also one of the most common causes of PE injury. If you are brand new to PE, Start Here!

You’re right about PE being a long term project: to achieve the gains you’re looking for (1”+), think in terms of years! Good luck with the gains! :thumbs:

Thanks guys, I’ve read the Newbie routine and I’m going to use that for a few weeks, I’m not totally new to PE but never done it seriously.
