I have just finished my PE workout and I am just wondering what to do next. I have been doing the newbie routine for a few months and I’m wondering what to do in my workout next to increase my gains.

I am aiming for 8 to 8.5 inch length and 6.5 to 7 inch girth. I am wondering if I need to start hanging or could I get these gains from manual techniques such as

Jelqing and stretches. Thoughts and opinions as I am dead serious about PE and I really need some direction.

What is your current routine, thefusionhead?


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Basically jelqs for 10 minutes and stretches for 10 minutes, twice a day.

Clamping for 10 minutes, one day on and one day off.

And lots of kegels during the day whenever the moment strikes me.

thefusionhead, are you gaining with the current routine? If you are I wouldn’t worry much about changing it up except to maybe increase the number of jelqs and amount of stretching.

Hey great gains. I would soak up all the gains you can with the newbie routine. If your really serious you could try ADS or hanging as PE warriors get great length gains from those.

If so I say stick with what your doing and tell me what your doing.

Those are very impressive gains considering you already had a big cock when you started.

No I have only gained .5 in length but I would kill for more. :)

.5 is great gains. I gained that so far. You have to know PE is a slow process but is works. Maybe you should increase your stretching an jelqing times. How are your morning woods?

As stated, stick with stretching and jelqs for as long as it is giving you gains. I gained my first inch primarily with jelqs and stretching.

I’ve been doing PE for over five years, and what I can say about your situation is that you should be very excited about gaining a half inch so quickly! :-) Also, I’d be VERY cautious about clamping. Your penis needs a lot of conditioning before it can actually handle that….

Well I am happy but I’m sure the gains are just from a better eq. I’m also very serious about getting 7inch girth, I hope I can get there.
