Hi I’m new to this forum and befor I ask my q id just like to say that this is a great forum and would like to say it’s good to see people being so helpful here and wish you all sucess in what your trying to achieve.

My routine now is 3 days on 1 off
Hotwrap
10 min streatch
1 min circulation
20 min jelq
And 50 pc’s

Just a few questions the first may sound stupid but does being circumsised change the effect or the way the exresises are done?
2nd is how long on average does it take to see noticiable growth?
And finnaly whats the limit(or is there one) on how much it grows by if this done for v.long time? 2x original size?more?

1: I don’t think so, I don’t know much about circumcised penis anatomy, so you might want to wait for a more knowlegeable person to respond on that. Sorry:(

2: on the other hand, you should see noticeable changes in about a week and a half to two weeks. It seems like eternity at the time, but keep at it.

3: limits strictly depend. Some people can excercise twice a week and gain like crazy, others can excercise every day and not gain much. Gaining 2X orginal size, or+ is a bit on the wild side. The best gainers I know got about a maximium of about 2-3.5 inches added to thier original size. Don’t worry, though. Even an extra inch makes a BIG difference.

4: I ganied about 1 cm after 1 week, so I’m assuming you might see the same(might)

Remember, like all thing good, PE takes time to attain :)

Hey joe, welcome to T’s place.

I am circumsized and the exercises aren’t any different really. We don’t have to pull back the FS when stretching (not 100% sure uncircumsized guys do), and it is harder for us to dry jelq. Other than that everything is pretty much the same.

DO NOT expect noticeable gains in a week. Flaccid gains and erection quality will definitely change in a couple of weeks to a month. If you are lucky you will see measureable gains in a month or so. But like slack said, everyone is different.

Don’t know the max, but I wouldn’t expect more than 2 inches. There may be cases of more than that but they are very few. So like I said, don’t expect it. If it happens then cool! :leftie:

Take it slow and stay dedicated. Any gain is a good gain. Good luck.

1. Doing some exercises while being uncircumsized differs when you’re circumsized. Nothing too difficult, but this won’t affect your gains.

2. Some notice gains in the first week (Which may or may not be due to increased erection strength), while some others don’t notice anything for the first three months! This does not mean you aren’t doing anything right. You might be a hard gainer and require more work at it. Some members gain 1/4” in a year, and others gain that in a few weeks. Just like a fingerprint, everyone is different.

3. There really isn’t a limit. No one knows how much “inner penis” you have, so theoretically you may have .5” or 4”. As far as I know, there aren’t any limiting factors for girth, but it takes longer to gain.

About your routine, it looks pretty good except for one thing. I’d add another 10-15 stretch session after your jelqing. If you incorporate some DLD blasters, that saves time on your workout by eliminating the “pc” part of your workout.

Here is what your workout should look like:

  • 10 minute warm up (preferably infrared lamp because you can do your entire workout under it)
  • 10-15 minutes of stretching
  • 20 minute jelq session
  • DLD Blaster
  • Massage circulation into penis

Use the search function at the top right of the page, and search for “DLD Blasters” and how to do them. The search button is your pal, and as a newbie you need to learn how to use it. It will save you time typing, and will help you out overall as a member here at Thunder’s.
