Hi.noob with a few Q's
Hi I’m new to this forum and befor I ask my q id just like to say that this is a great forum and would like to say it’s good to see people being so helpful here and wish you all sucess in what your trying to achieve.
My routine now is 3 days on 1 off
10 min streatch
1 min circulation
20 min jelq
And 50 pc’s
Just a few questions the first may sound stupid but does being circumsised change the effect or the way the exresises are done?
2nd is how long on average does it take to see noticiable growth?
And finnaly whats the limit(or is there one) on how much it grows by if this done for v.long time? 2x original size?more?
