.Hey all .Just wanted to say hi to everybody !.
I’ve been practicing jelq for a few months .before registering here or even finding out about ur site .which is a great comunity .and I’m happy that I’ve found it !:)
Just wanted to add a few things from my short experience .
Maybe you already know about this or maybe you have discussed it already but ill say it anyway !
I’m going to gym pretty regular like 5 times a week since 7 years .so .I use a lot of suplements ..
I’ve noticed the jelq much improved during suplements treatments .I’m not talking about the regulars , like proteins .aminoacids and vitamines
There are a few supliments based on nitric oxide . As a vasodilator, nitric oxide has the ability to increase your body’s ability to deliver blood to working muscles. More blood means more oxygen and nutrients that are being pumped into skeletal muscles. All this translates into bigger, fuller pumps and better overall gains. .Which aplies also to the must beloved muscle .which we all try to improve and make it bigger better ,,no matter the stage we go from ..
Also vitamin E helps a lot for the veins to expand and gives them elasticity .But NOX is the best .that I ve tried related to this kind of PE workout .The veins expand much easier and they are helped a lot to retain more blood than usual .
Testosteron boosters help a lot .I mean the naturals .not the heavy stuff .Just the ones who stimulate the natural body testosteron secretion ..
I also recomend that before PE you should do a few abs .it’s very helpfull and it warms up the all area very good .Excercises for the inferior abs .stay on the floor and lift the legs up in the air for like 3 min ..
I’ve noticed during years that the muscular tonus is very important if you wanna achieve something and the muscles are all related .even if we are not aware of it !.
