.Hey all .Just wanted to say hi to everybody !.
I’ve been practicing jelq for a few months .before registering here or even finding out about ur site .which is a great comunity .and I’m happy that I’ve found it !:)
Just wanted to add a few things from my short experience .
Maybe you already know about this or maybe you have discussed it already but ill say it anyway !
I’m going to gym pretty regular like 5 times a week since 7 years .so .I use a lot of suplements ..
I’ve noticed the jelq much improved during suplements treatments .I’m not talking about the regulars , like proteins .aminoacids and vitamines
There are a few supliments based on nitric oxide . As a vasodilator, nitric oxide has the ability to increase your body’s ability to deliver blood to working muscles. More blood means more oxygen and nutrients that are being pumped into skeletal muscles. All this translates into bigger, fuller pumps and better overall gains. .Which aplies also to the must beloved muscle .which we all try to improve and make it bigger better ,,no matter the stage we go from ..
Also vitamin E helps a lot for the veins to expand and gives them elasticity .But NOX is the best .that I ve tried related to this kind of PE workout .The veins expand much easier and they are helped a lot to retain more blood than usual .
Testosteron boosters help a lot .I mean the naturals .not the heavy stuff .Just the ones who stimulate the natural body testosteron secretion ..
I also recomend that before PE you should do a few abs .it’s very helpfull and it warms up the all area very good .Excercises for the inferior abs .stay on the floor and lift the legs up in the air for like 3 min ..
I’ve noticed during years that the muscular tonus is very important if you wanna achieve something and the muscles are all related .even if we are not aware of it !.

I think you will find that most of the guys here will either back up your statements about the supplements, or they will bash them. It might be to your advantage to read up in the supplement forum before jumping in with blanket statements. Your opinion is welcome here, and we will accept it as your opinion.

Welcome geo. Haven’t used nitric oxide yet, but I plan to soon. I believe that that supplement in particular will and should help in the restoration of the microtears in the penis. I don’t know about the vitamin E expanding the veins or the testostorone though. But you use them and I don’t, if you see that it helps then continue using them.

Welcome buddy, I’m on heaps of supplements too.. Glutamine is good for recovery so I’m hoping it helps with PE.

Welcome to TP I agree with your statements about supplements. I us natural testosterone boosters that increase nitrous oxide as well. Vitamin “E” can be estrogenic at doses over 800IU. And the natural vitamin “E” is better than the synthetic. I’m worried about the soy based vitamin “E” supplements beings soy is estrogenic.

What is your opinion on fish oil, Green Tea and Ginkgo biloba?

I myself take between 7-14 grams of Glutamine myself for blood pressure control and blood sugar control, as well as muscle recovery.

One question, where do you guys get all these supplements, like NOX and all that. Just the usual supplement shops or are there more specialized places?

I get mine from drug stores and health food stores.

Fish oil is one of the best supplements you can get. Liquid crack in my opinion. That reminds me that I need to buy some more to keep at work.

Seriously. I will take two to three grams at a time, and it’s like a clean energy boost.

So what kinda supplements would you guys use for muscle building. I’m mean nothing too expensive and can be obtained fairly easily. I’ve tried Rapid -Weight Gainer, it sorta worked.
