Hi everyone

First post here so I found that a little presentation was needed !! : )

I m a French 21 years old student, I discovered TEH place 8 months ago when I start being interested into growing my dick. I was so happy when I saw that new registrations were open, it was the opportunity for me to become part of the community here and don’t be a lurker anymore ! :D ( I feel like I already know people here as I am regularly coming and reading all kind of thread since I discovered Thunder s place !)

Concerning PE I tried to stick to a consistent routine since the past 6 month but didn’t succeed at it :( due to lack of intimacy and also motivation and also a little bit of over training. Over training seems to be for me a big deal as almost every time I tried a routine I overdo it or wanted to go through most advanced exercises after only 1-2 month of PE.
Anyway after reading several threads here on reached goals and on how PE enhanced confidence, esteem and of course the sex, I decided thanks to my renewed motivation to really jump into a serious and consistent routine and hope to see some gains ( even little gains :D ) within the next 6 month !!

My starting stats were 6.5 BPEL, 5.1/5.2 EG (depending on the hardness), I gained 0.4 inch in length mostly due to stretches I would say and I practiced 2 to 3 full month of PE but as I said not consistently over the past 8 monhs.
My goals ATM are to reach 7 NBPEL and a solid 5.5 in EG ! I will see how my dick behave during the next months of PE and maybe if good gains are coming I may update my goals :D
I m following a newbie routine of course with 5 to 10 mn warm up/down with a rice sock, 150 to 200 wet jelqs (3-4 second strokes) and 2 sets of 30second stretch in each direction. Also I don’t do any kegels or very few ones ( I know it’s baaad ).

I have a few questions that came to my mind. Each time I practiced PE I never noticed an increase in erection quality, maybe because I didn’t stick long enough on a routine ?

I read in a thread that increased EQ are the sign that you are performing well your routine, anyways, is it possible that when I jelq or stretch I apply too much pressure and overdo the routine even if a stay on a basis of 10mn wet jelq and 1 mn stretch in each directions ?

My EQ aren-t bad, I would give them a 7/10, but I feel like my morning woods lost a little bit of intensity comparing to a few years ago where each morning I used to wait sometimes 5mn before going to pee x) now it is more an in and off thing :’(

So guys what kind of pressure were you applying when jelqing at the beginning and how much time did it take to you to notice an increase in EQ ?

I warm up and down for 5 to 10 mn with a rice sock, for the stretches I have trouble finding a good grip, I feel like I m more stretching the skin and not the ligament :x that s why I only do 1 mn and even with that I got some pain after :(

IMO dicrease duration of stretch but don’t hurt yourself :)
