Hey, MidnightSun, I was just about to reply to your post. :) I have the same goals as you do. My advice is to try the Sadsak slinky, seems to be working.
My routine:
Wet cloth warm up
Simple stretches: down (center x 10, left x10, right x10)\
Front (same) > 3 sets
Up (same) /
Sadsak slinky (as described)
Wet cloth relax
Jelq 20 to 25 min
Wet cloth cool down
Now, I’m not very consistent to my training, simply due to the lack of time alone, if you catch my drift, so my gains are just starting to show after much experimenting and threading very lightly about the whole thing, not wanting to hurt myself. My erect dimensions are 7.5” with 4.5 - 5” around.
