You can do that at anytime. Start a new thread (for now, only in the Newbie Forum) and a moderator will move the thread with your photo(s) to the Members Pics Forum.

After 20 posts and 14 days membership you can start posts in any open forum. So you can wait until then if you want to. A mod will still have to approve the photo before it appears in the thread.
