I’m new in pe.you know.
I have lurked in the shadow of this forum to gain a bit of knowledge about yours incredibles tecniques,then I ‘ve tried them all.(almost of them.at least.)
My penis size was 6.1(15.5cm)BPEL and only 5.0 in girth(13 cm).but thanks to my new workout I gained about 1 cm in lenght in one month but nothing in girth..
My routine is:
5 min warming up
10 min manual simple strech
20 min wet jelq
5 min warming down(?)
I think I’ll go on with this for 3 months(one of these it’s almost finish.)
Any suggestion will be welcome.:)
