I’m new, and hope I find here new thinks about jelq training or bends. I dunno what is better. So maybe you guy`s can help me out.
Maybe you could tell us what kind of PE experience you already do have under your belt; it’s not easy to make good suggestions without knowing a bit about your history (like: what exercises did you do, for how long, what did a typical routine look like, how much have you gained with it - these questions sprung up in my mind).
