Hi just introducing myself
Hi I couldn’t find a certain place for new members to introduce themselves so I figured the newbie forum was it.
Anyway been do the newbie routine for a couple of weeks now and has been good so far. I have done some PE before and even through I wasn’t consistent I gained about 0.5” in length and 0.25 in girth which is nice:) So yeah hi everybody I hope to learn a lot from this forum it looks very interesting and lots of great post.
I might as well post my routine and get some feedback so here it is:
5mins warm up (warm cloth,rice sock etc)
30second stretch in each direction x 2
100 Normal jelq
5mins warm down(usually a shower)
I increase one stretch in each direction and 100 jelqs each week up to six weeks then change routine.
3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off
I am on the 3rd week so I’m up to 300 Jelqs
I have tried kegels before and didn’t like them because they tried my dick out to much and it took a few days to recover so I couldn’t sustain an erection so my question is do you have to do them to increase your penis size or are they just for stamina and control?
Any help is much appreciated and I hope I find my time at this forum pleasant and enjoyable
