Hi, Just a beginner

So I’ve been experimenting with PE for about 3 days now and I’m already seeing results. Currently PBEL 6inch and 2mm after starting at 6inch. I want to begin hanging, but every time I do, I end up getting a semi-cold head. Is this normal or should I be concerned that I may have the cloth tightened too much? Is that just the natural order of things to get a cold head?

I’m asking because if I loosen it too much, then it simply slips off.

You really should stick to just the Newbie routine for a month or 2 before specializing on more advanced techniques. This conditioning at the start is essential to getting to know your limits and remaining injury free.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Im no PE expert but i think youre doing bad for ypurself with the hanging.
Its way way too soon to start doing stuff like hanging.
If your 3 days in,stick with the newbe routine for at least 6 month before trying different
Methods.
You might hinder you progress or worst.

Leave the hanging for now and do some manual labor instaid

Six months is a bit extreme. That amount of time would just discourage guys to continue.

I hang I am not sure what method your using but I use the bib hanger and I don’t have a problem with my head getting cold. What is your hanging routine and how much weight are you doing? How many sets are you doing? How long are you hanging for each set?

The SS4 Jelq but I use a stretchy cloth instead of the theraband. I’m doing 5lbs right now because I’m afraid of going heavier weight. I don’t feel that much tension and I could probably go 10lbs but not going to risk it. As they say, you only have one penis.

Wierdly enough I’ve been doing PE ever since the 6th grade with jelqing without knowing that jelqing even existed. I’m not going to say that I’m a master or any of this stuff but I think I’ve got the basics down.

To say it blunty, the noobie routine isn’t really helping and I don’t feel the tension/blood being pushed unless I go for at least 30 minutes of jelq or kegel exercise.

Also, what do you think is a great size to stop at? I want to be 8 and stop there, but what makes you a quote on quote monster?

And I know this is pretty typical of a noob to keep asking questions but is there a way to make your balls bigger? Or will that just come with time? I know this is a PE forum and not a balls one, but it would be nice to know. Thanks in advance.

I know there are many devices I am not an expert on the devices I just have my one device so I use that one. I would suggest if you are hanging to come up with a steady routine with sets of no more then 20-minutes per set 4-6 sets a day. When I get to 20-minutes I take my bib off and stroke it a few times to make sure I have blood flowing back into it. I think most peoples goals are 8x6 but that is preference everyone is different I would start with small goals first try to achieve them then move on to the next goal. It’s amazing how much a 1/2 inch does for you. I would go for one thing at a time length then girth. If you are hanging you tend to build length and girth usually follows but hanging is mainly for extending your ligaments. Yes I am sure there are ways to make your balls bigger vacuum devices etc.
