Welcome Zepol963. Yeah it takes time. But you will see results. I started a couple of days ago and I already see results. But the most important part is that I feel good. I started also at 5 1/4 now I think I am 6but going to wait 2 more months to measure. Just do the newbie routine.It works

Yup just do that newbie routine and lots of reading and you should be all set. And ask questions if your unsure :)
