Hi, I'm a newbie and want to try PE

So I’m 18 and done growing I guess. I’ve been interested before but haven’t commited but I think that since I’m going to uni, if I commit and do a routine every AM and PM then by the end I shall be much bigger.

My current stats are 6 3/4 (though I think I have a small tendency to reach 7 inches) and I’m 5.2 in girth. I’m aiming for 7 inches by 6 inches then see where I go from there. My main goal is to increase girth because I’d rather be extremely thick and average in length than really long. As of now I am 2 inches wide.

I found this routine:

1) Stretch the ol’ weenie while in a totally flaccid state, applying as much pulling
Pressure as is not painful. After 15 pulls, you should begin to get a semi
Erection.
2) Grease your son with a lubricant and jelq for at least 200 strokes, as instructed
Elsewhere on this excellent web site.
3) Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state,
Encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your “finger ring” towards
The meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up
The pressure, and repeat this routine 10 times.
4) This final exercise will dramatically increase the size of your penis head and and
Much girth to the penis, but you must do it without fail every AM and PM.

And I very much want to try this every morning and evening. What do you think? I don’t own any. If weights and don’t plan on buying any accessories to aid my growth. If there are alternative ways to gain size then please contribute.

Read the newbie routine

01/08/12 BPEL = 7.2 EG = 5.25

01/09/12 BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5.5

Goal BPEL = 8 EG = 6 and a fat flacid!

Newbie Routine to Hanging

How long should you practice the Newbie Routine before you can start hanging with weights (starting out at 2.5lbs)?

You would know how long the newbie routine is for if you read the newbie routine. So read that first and you will have your answer.

That being said. Continue the newbie routine until you no longer see gains. Once gains have stopped move on to other forms of pe.

I read the newbie routine. I couldn’t find anything about the duration of the routine though. It just said the first 2 months are the most important.

You are rushing a bit in your thought process. Do the newbie routine until you get good at PE. Once you know the feeling of sore ligaments, you will advance.

I have been at this in different ways for for a while, and I have not hanged yet. I may someday once my gains from manual stretches stop.

Good luck.

Maldo

Okay will do. I don’t know if I should do the routine once a day or twice a day though. Don’t want to overdo it, but I don’t want to slack either. I’m already motivated.

You haven't lost until you have given up.

Once per day, with 2 days on and 1 day off, just as described in the Newbie Routine. You’re definitely motivated. But for now, channel that motivation into doing the newbie routine down to the letter. Read it, then read it again, then read it again, and do it exactly as it says for two months. It’s a safe and effective routine, designed by veterans, and it works so well for some people that they use it all the way through their PE careers. You will learn so much about your penis during those two months, and the limits of your training, then you’ll be able to take the next steps safely.

I have a question about the stretches.

I have also just started and am following the newbie routine.

I have been doing the stretches upward, for according to the LOT theory that would be the best for me (my loss of tugback happens at 6 or so).

But it appears the theory has been questioned. Any suggestions about this? Is it good to keep doing my stretches upwards?

Thanks man. As many times as I’ve read it I’ll have it memorized before too long.

I would stretch in every direction, especially as a beginner. I know the LOT theory has also been questioned, but I think it is also important if you believe in such theory.
Since I have a high LOT I focus on the BTC stretch which really gives me a good feeling. Regardless if the theory is right or wrong, I like the stretch and believe it gives me gains.

Start 08/01/2013: BPEL 6.50 EG 5.70
