Hi I am new to this and need help
I was wondering what kind of routine would you do for a beginner? I don’t know exactly what my size is, I am guessing a little under 6 inches. I would like to be around 7.5 inches. What should a beginner such as myself try? I’ve read about some guy with manual stretching, jelqing and kegels. What is manual stretching/jelqing/kegels? I want to know about what those are and any advice from fellow users who have had success with these techniques. Thanks for the help guys.
