I’ve been PEing on and off for a few months. Don’t seem to have made too many gains. Flaccid penis seems bigger but it could just be from less shrinkage in summer. As you can see I’m still very small. But I’ve been inspired by some results on this board and I want to dedicate myself to the following routine for the next few months.

20min manual stretch/ 20min jelq (maybe split up jelqing and stretching sessions), may consist of V-stretch, regular stretch, wet/dry jelqs, all overhand

2 days on/1 day off.

Stretches hold for 30 sec.

How does this look?


6/24/07: BPEL - 4.5", EG - 3.5"

5/28/08: BPEL - 5.063", EG - 3.5"

Goal: BPEL - 7", EG - 4.5"

By the way, I have done stretching and jelqing up to 20min, so the routine should not be too intense for me. If it is then I will cut back. Hopefully by being more consistent I can get better gains :( .

Looks great. Don’t forget to add your warm ups and downs. Don’t let your current size trouble you. Look at the gains of some of the smaller guys like Panos, bennet. Very quick and iot should be very inspirational for you. Most time you can’t really see your initial gains. But the ruler never lies. Take it easy and don’t overdo it.

Thank you. I need to buy a washcloth for warmup/cooldown. Looks like Panos got great results. His girth shot up tremendously over a short period of time. But he is using a pump.. I don’t think I can match his results :(

Look, don’t worry about what you can or can’t do. There’s no way of foretelling. Just go at it.

Another thing - avoid making love to the ruler. It can only discourage you. Set a long-term date (a few months out from here) and measure on that date, but NOT before. You’re training your mind for the long-term nature of PE. Especially now do you not need to feel discouragement.

I am remeasuring at the beginning of August - about a 2-month gap each time. I expect results - I’ll just let my body happily surprise me then. Until then, it’s back to the penis slave labor camp.

And might I add, get into a joyful mode when you are PEing, because I can only think that can help. Think positive and command yourself into believing you’re making it what you want it to be.

“On and off for a few months”.

Theres your problem. Without consistancy PE will not work - and you may need to dedicate more than “a few months” too.

Seconded. I didn’t even pick that up. You cannot just get at it when it is convenient. There will be no growth if you allow the penis to recede back to its prior size/situation before PE. You have to keep after it, and even after gains, you have to keep a maintenance program to a greater or lesser extent.

The body will always try to go back to its natural state, which means ‘original size’.

Ok makes sense, I will keep at it.

Well after 2 weeks of consistent work - 20 min stretching and 20min jelqs (2 on 1 off), I didn’t make any gains. I will measure again in 2 weeks and hopefully there will be something there.

Superchill, my tip: try to measure no more than once a month.

Keep your consistence and positive thinking, have eye on PI’s, and I’m sure that sooner or later you succeed.
