Hi, at first I need to say that English I´s not my main language, so excuse me if I am not spell the words any good.

At first I like to ask you all if you have any advice when the dick (sorry I don´t know if I am allowed to say that so let´s say * from now on) withdraw and get´s smaller, sometimes really small. (I hope you know what I mean) Then it feels uncomfortable and I need pull it down and that is pretty ill-mannered I think. I use to train, run and walk a lot so it happans all the time. But it can also feel pretty uncomfortable when I just sit- or lay down, and I just don´t know what I should do.

1, So do you have any advice what I should do in the different situations (Walking, sit down, lay down, running and train in the gym) to make it feel more comfortable. Like which direction do I point the * in, is there any type of underwear I should prefer(I use boxers now), and what underwear size is best for reducing the * to get smaller, big and airy underwears or small and tight?

2, One other problem is what to do when you sleep. With or without underwear, and what direction should the * point, should I make it point to my face and lie on it or should I point it to my feet in the space between the legs, how do you do?

2b, Is there any other routine I can do to make the * feel more comfortable and healthy. Example, to eat something special or drink a special quantity of water a day?

3, Because the lack of my knowledge I need to ask if there is anything that I should avoid. Like a special position when I sit or lay down or practise some sport?

4, I am 18, is it to early to start the PE newbie program. Am a particular vulnerable to damage or that kind of stuff?

5, I use to leak some drops of urine and need to urinate often, would PE make it easier to control and decrease that.

6, The top of my * is pretty light and the glans is small. That makes it seems like I have a readily erection which is not so fun when you shower with other men. So my question is if PE makes your * heavier and the glans bigger?

7, Is there any recommendation in how many hours you should sleep under the PE program?

8, Is physical training good or bad for the PE program and the *. Should I wait some hours after physical training with PE or should I wait some hours with physical training after PE?

I’m still a newbie myself, but from my experience with PE, jelqs and kegels have helped my flaccid dick appear and feel much fuller. Sounds like you should read up on those techniques and start doing them.

18, in my opinion, is not too young to start PE.

Read up on the newbie program, and start there. That should give you a really good idea what you should be doing.

I’m a newbie too but I am reading pretty much on this forum, and I think it’s the key. I bet you would find all the answers to your questions if you just used the “search” button. But since you asked these I’m pretty sure some nice member will answer them all. I know some of these answers seem obvious but my knowledge level is not high enough to answer them, therefor I think you should just read and learn. As for your age, 18 years old is not too young to start PE.

Thank you all for the answers! :D I would really appreciate if someone could tell me if there is some really good strategy or ideal on how I should place the dick in my pants. For more information read the first part of my thread. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it´s really driving me crazy and a don´t know what I should do. I try different things all the time but it don´t seem to work. And there is so many things to try and that makes me confused. I just have to pull it out all the time when it is shrinking, and with everybody staring at me. So please, could anyone tell me what to do in this different situations(Running, Walking, lay down, sitting and sleeping) so a can do other thing with my hands. :D

It would be really nice if someone of I could answere or give a link to a similar thread, but a really doubt that a similar question like this exist. :P

I don’t think it is important for you to place the dick in any particular way in your trousers.

Personally I reduced the amount of leftward-lean of my dick over a number of years. Every time I dressed, wearing y-fronts, I placed my dick to the right. At first it would stiffen and move back to its familiar position, so it required firm underwear; boxers would not have held it in position. Gradually it became accustomed to the position and does not point left as much now.

However once you are doing PE the growth and change in your dick will be much faster than by that method. You will probably want to do some stretching of your dick upwards, and some downwards, and in other directions, so it really doesn’t matter which way your dick sits in your pants. Time for you to read the Newbie program and the instructions for the exercises, and start a program of your own. Good luck !
