Alright, this is my first post though I have been a lurker for quite some time and have read through the compendium that is THUNDERSPLACE. I’d like to preface this question by saying that I have an unorthodox PE routine because my dick is unusually adaptive and resilient to whatever exercise I put it through.

Down to business. About 6 months ago I discovered Thundersplace in a similar fashion to just about everyone else, discontentment with my penis. I did a pretty basic newbie routine, stretches and jelqing for about 2 months, saw tons of positive PI’s stronger erections and such but I couldn’t join the forums so I pretty much stopped. Recently I saw that registration opened back up and I have been on a really consistent weight lifting regiment for a few months and I figured some PE would be a perfect supplement to my physique.

When I started back up a few weeks ago I decided to go all out. I started jelqing about 40-60 min a day with Vaseline on an aggressive 5 on 2 off routine. I jelq around a 80-100% erection (not on purpose but I don’t really get half flaccid erections) and I clamp the base with one hand an edge every 5-6 min during the jelq session. Recently I have been following the jelqing with a good 10 min clamp session. Sometimes to switch it up I will do 2 clamp sessions in-between 2 25 min jelqing sessions. Input on this would be appreciated, however I’ve never been injured.must have super strong blood vessels or something.

After the jelqing session, as often as I can I toss on 1 1/2 to 2LBs of Montys PEweights with some co-flex tape as my ADS. Because I feel that gains would be alot more prevalent if the penis is forced to heal in a stretched position.

I have also constructed a Captn’s Wench and I could use wrapping advice for it. The main problem is notice is that when I put the clamp on it the Velcro just bunches together and causes discomfort. I was considering cutting the 2 grippers in half to make 4 to disperse evenly but I haven’t experimented much. Also I’ve tried wrapping with cloth and theraband and just cloth and just theraband, none seem to firmly grab the inner penis. Wonder if anyone knows what I’m talking about/has a quick fix or trick that they can share.

My BPEL is 7 x 5 I’d consider it more a conservative estimate than a BP though. I have a mild case of the baseball effect going on which I’m not worried about because I’m sure the change in diameter will add more sensation to my partners but what I am concerned about is the girth of my head. When I jelq it becomes gargantuan but during a normal strong erection the diameter is probably a little bit smaller then the shaft and only gets big if I kegel. I’ve tried double clamping 1 on the base and 1 below the glans and I was thinking of incorporating that into my normal clamping sessions I’m not sure if it will help though. I’m wondering if the size of my glans is an indicator for something, however my over all flaccid size has improved (glans too). Input is appreciated. My first thought is that I could be over working it but I never get sore.

Finally, I know it’s recommended against but I could really use advice on a good ANS device, or wrap or anything really. I’m not worried about the dangers of ANS because one night I went out with my buddies wearing 1 1/2 LBS worth of ADS, got drunk, and passed out. Woke up 4 hours later thinking I killed my dick but really I just got an erection and it caused a little pain so I took off the weights with no negative side effects. I’ve been meaning to get a soft cock ring and pretty much wear that 24/7 but I haven’t gotten around to it yet and I can’t find the magnetic wraps that Girtha wrote about anywhere, if anyone knows where I can find them on the net that would be great.

You say your penis is “unusually adaptive and resilient to whatever exercise I put it through.” Your routine sounds perfect for toughening up your penis to the point where nothing will make it grow. I did that when I first started (I lurked for 2 years before joining); after the newbie gains I thought I’d ramp it up. The result: gains ground to a halt and nothing I could do was ‘severe’ enough to get them going again. I concluded that maybe PE wouldn’t work for me so I stopped for quite a while. Luckily that deconditioned my penis and when I thought to try PE again, I did it far more ‘half-heartedly’ but was still consistent. Result: newbie gains again, followed by nice steady gains.

Wrapping is a real skill. Read all you can (I think there are some good tips in the sections on making the Captain’s Wench), then just experiment until you get it right. When I use the Wench, I put my first cloth wrap on loosely a little below the glans, then wrap tight in a spiral going down my penis. Personally my preference is for manual stretching though.

Some guys never get a hard/full glans. If you used to, then this is a negative PI and means you are over working.

Just because you got away with it once doesn’t mean you will on a constant basis. I cannot recommend ANS. If you must try it, set an alarm clock to go off regularly throughout the night to keep a check on it, and stick to something like a very soft jelly ring which doesn’t impede blood-flow too much even at full erection.

This is what I’ve concluded: I very well might be on a course to callousing my penis and that’s a interesting point you brought up. It seems like a trend with the big gainers is that they pushed the exercises to an extreme never fully giving the penis a chance to heal before it is stressed more. In the realm of tissue generation it seems like that would be a good thing.

It seems logical to me that the penis can grow 1 of 2 ways, one being that it grows and expands from the outside stress or it tries to grow so that it is resistant to it. I’d love to know more about what exactly happened to you Firegoat, your routine from when you were stunted/ how long before you realized you stopped gaining. Another logical thing to conclude is that it can differ from person to person since the science of PE is not fully understood.YET. I’m definitely going to er on the side of caution for awhile though. I think just mild jelqing like 30-40 min and ADS. I’m shooting for at least 8x6 probably 8.5x6.5 just to make sure it’s cemented =)

Also, although it is frowned upon I found the best device for all night stretching/support. The Scuncii wrap!! There great for hanging too. I got a couple from Monty’s site and didn’t know what the hell to do with them until I saw the wonderful write up via the search bar. It was weird that I only got 1 hit when I searched it, and it was from a few years back. I wanted to make sure all the newer members got the chance to check them out, lest it falls into obscurity.

As far as for ANS it is probably the best thing I could hope for, it’s rigid enough to hold the penis is a very mild stretch and applies pressure around the entire circumference of the penis, I don’t see how it could possibly cause injury during sleep.then again, I’m a risky PE’er.

Sorry for being soo long winded, I should consider splitting my questions into several different posts to trick more people into commenting =P.I’ll try that next time.

One last thing, I could use some advice from anyone familiar with using golf weights or PEweights as ADS.How the hell do you piss with them? I mean, I can do it.the stream is just disbursed and I never feel like I get it all out.Ultimately I guess I’m just afraid of being the only guy to ever get a urinary track infection from PEweights that’s all =P I honestly don’t think I wrap too tight or that I can wrap any looser but I know I’ve read posts about people peeing with them on. If that’s part of a double edged sword I have to deal with so my flaccid will be Swingin’ then.I guess I’ll live with it. I’d love to here about it from someone with more experience then me though.
